Friendly staff, they go the extra mile. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Close to a number of excellent coffee shops and 5 minute walk to the beach or grocery stores or restaurants.

We enjoyed a 3 nights stay and if they weren’t fully booked we would have extended our stay with a week. It is close to the beach. Our balcony overlooked the street and was lovely to sit there in the evening.

Loved this place ! The studio was incredibly modern and well laid out. It's a new property so everything is well kept and clean. It's very close to the beach but a bit far from the centre of town where all the cheaper food options are. The property also had a small pool and sauna. The place was pretty much empty when we were there so we could enjoy it all to ourselves.

John Boutique Villa is spectacular! The staff were beyond helpful and so nice! The room was very clean and cozy. But the highlight was the indoor/outdoor pool and all the plants everywhere made it a fun experience!

For that price, this is excellent! Quiet, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. The size is petite as the name of the hotel suggests. The pool is right in the lobby. Breakfast features amazing fruit. Setting is compact but it is enjoyable and there is wifi everywhere. Rooms are air-conditioned. There are mosquitoes though.

처음엔 사진에 비해 약간 실망했었는데.. 베트남 다른 숙소에 비해선 꽤나 훌륭하다는 걸 알게 되었습니다. 또한 직원들 예절에 너무나도 감동했습니다. 택시 타고 도착하자마자 버선 발로 맞이하러 와서 짐을 들어주고, 물을 대접해주고 또 친절한 설명에 체크아웃할 때에는 불편한 점은 없었는지 물어보면서 베트남 커피도 번들로 받았네요. 시설도 인테리어도 분위기도 좋았습니다. 창 밖 너머엔 미케비치도 빼꼼 보였네요. 가격대비 훌륭하고 편하게 묵고 간 숙소 ^^

아주 친절한 직원들 덕분에 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치도 미케비치에서 도보 5분이내로 가깝고 주변에 식당도 제법 많습니다. 바로 앞에 있는 카페 코코넛 커피도 맛있고요 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 친절한 직원들입니다.

아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 4인 가족 4박5일 숙박 이었구요. 규모는 작고 주변에 공사중인 건물이있어서 조금 시끄러운 부분도 약간 있지만 크게 불편한 수준은 아닙니다. 룸 컨디션은 아늑하고 좋아요 특히 이 가격대의 숙소에 이정도 룸 컨디션에 인덕션,냄비,후라이팬도 있어서 현지 음식을 못먹는 아이들을 위해 라면,햇반,햄 같은걸 해줄수 있어서 좋구요 직원들도 모두 매우 친절해서 여행동안 아주 편하게 지낼수 있었어요. 조식은 간단한 빵과 음료 과자가 준비되어 있구요 나머지는 직원분이 메뉴판을 주시는대 거기에 있는걸 시키시면됩니다. 원하는 만큼 주문이 가능하구요 맛도 주변에 있는 식당보다 좋은편이라서 조식은 무조건 챙겨먹고 후식으로 커피까지 아주 잘 먹었네요. 저는 아이스 밀크커피가 아주 좋았어요. 미케비치도 걸어서 5분 정도 거리라서 물놀이 시즌에도 좋을것 같네요. 호이안/바나힐 택시로 40분정도 거리구요 공항은 20분정도 걸립니다. 저렴한 가격이지만 아주 만족스러운 숙박어서 나중에 다낭에 온다면 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

A wonderful and unique small hotel with modern conveniences and amazing location. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast could be a little better, and the lemongrass smell in the rooms were a bit strong. But for the price and location it was great.

很好的酒店，雖然小了點，但很溫馨，酒店的後面有一間餐廳，很好吃。酒店的早餐一流，走的時候還有禮物送，小小遺憾，房間的窗比較透光。下次還會入住。
