Very good value for the money. Clean basic accommodation with air conditioning, hot water, a pool and ud 20 per room. Has rondr small balcony and less than half of it was occupied when we were here. Its tastier to go to old hoian town 15 to 20 minutes walk. There are many restaurants 5 min walk from the hotel. The accommodation provides bicycles. Service was sincere if not too polished.

The location is off the beaten path and can get very busy outside at certain school hours. The bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning and fridge with water bottles daily. Beautiful spacious room 2 meters from the pool. Overall great stay, nice spacious rooms 2 metres from pools.

This place offers excellent lodging at a reasonable price point! The room is spacious, spotless, and bright. The atmosphere is cozy, featuring savoring id pools. Staff members are helpful and friendly. You cant ask for more, but you should remind them to return your irish card when you check out, lol. I hope my card will bring me back to hanoi.

I heartily endorse the Tran family hostel to fellow travelers visiting hoi an. A convenient and comfortable stay in ho ian, vietnam. I recently spent a wonderful time at the trap family hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My son and Hue, which went smoothly and without any issues. In addition, ive had savored their outdoor pool. It is very convenient to explore the bustling streets of hoy an because the tram family hotels location is only ten minutes walk from the city center. After enduring countless sightseeing days, the hostels proximity to numerous attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere. Modern and roomy rooms at this modern hotel provide visitors with opulent and tranquil surroundings. Following hordes of sightseeing, it was the super comfy bed that was particularly memorable. Additionally commendable were the lodgings cleanliness and upkeep. At the camp, one of my favorite amenities was its outdoor swimming pool area. On hot vienese afternoons, there was hardly any opportunity to unwind and cool off. My stay was made more enjoyable and hasslefree by the staffs assistance in planning trips for my son or hui. Overall, my time here was fantastic.

The bedsheets could have been cleaner. Ancient town is within walking distance of the hotel. If youre looking for just a place to crash that doesnt scream luxury, the rooms are fairly comfortable.

This place needs some serious attention, though. A fresh coat of paint and proper cleaning would go a long way. The rooms are not as attractive as the photos, but there is stifling wear and tear. Both the rooms and the common areas were not very clean. Okay, maybe even better!.

Its a lovely property run by families. It is situated in incredibly close proximity to the historic town. The family prepares breakfast for us, so they dont have many options. Breakfast is decent. However, the people here are really helpful, one of them even helped us obtain id card.

I would recommend the Tran family hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in hoi an. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the tram family Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and overall, i had savored it. The hotel itself was lovely, with excellent service. However, one area that could be improved was the staffs english proficiency. They were friendly, welcoming, always willing to help with any requests. From planning transportation to providing recommendations for local attractions, the personnel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. But one aspect where the hotel fell short was their english ability. Although they made an effort to communicate, there were times when there was linguistic difficulty and it was difficult to convey my needs or fully comprehend their explanations. This occasionally resulted in minor miscommunication or mischief. Despite this language barrier, however, our friendly and helpful demeanor made up for any communication difficulties. We were patient and worked diligently to understand and accommodated my requirements to the best of our abilities. In terms of location, we are situated in opulent areas of hoifang, which allows easy access to city attractions and activities. It was greatly advantageous because it made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Overall, having the trap family hotels offers utmost comfort, beauty, exceptional service,

I will definitely return. My nail technician in the back of his hometown of Lancaster, pa, suggested i go to hoi an to visit the familyrun and operated Tran family villas. I suggest it because of its peaceful location, air conditioning, lovely, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, daily service, quick internet, bottled water, breakfast at an additional cost but a decent selection and something for everyone on the menu. The river and the center of old town are both within ten minutes walk. Thats fine with me, quiet at night. Oh, and no foul smells, the bed is very comfortable, pillows too, clean bed linens

I heartily endorse it. Wow. We had a great time, everything you need is there, and the pool was lovely after sweltering day out and about. The rooms were ideal, conveniently located near the town and shops. All the staff members were outstanding, extremely helpful, friendly, etc. They also have onsite spa, where we all received wonderful massages, manicures done, nails done. Everything you could possibly need was there.

The Tran family villas boutique hotel is a very familyfriendly villa cluster. This cozy Airbnbstyle location is ideal for budget travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed in lucky room number 3. This deluxe corner ground floor room faces the courtyard with an outdoor pool. Queen bed, wardrobe, tv and mini fridge are all included in the room. Booked luxuries as they have their own bathroom. Its worth noting that not all rooms have full bathrooms with their private toilet, vanity, and showertub, so be sure to check before booking. For those who enjoy walking on the offthebeaten path, the price is unbeatable. Make sure your ride drops you off at the Traan family Villas Boutique Hotel and not other Trang family buildings because application maps is off about 250 meters. Breakfast is not included, but if you do pay for eat, they will make every effort to accommodate guests with fruits, eggs as you like, noodles, or rice. Bicycle and scooter rentals are essential for getting around hoi an.
