A good choice for families with children. Lots of space. We were unlucky or maybe lucky to be given a room with a broken air conditioner. When we complained we were immediately offered an upgraded room with a view. Compliments to the staff. Great service! However, the cheaper room with the broken air conditioner looked like it needed renovation. There were many brown spots on the walls and the sofas were very stained. The upgraded room we actually stayed in was much nicer, but still had some signs of wear. But it was much more acceptable. I think its better to choose the pricier one bed apartment. Overall, great service and a nice upgraded room made us very happy. But we couldnt see what we could have done.

I stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel reception is very calm and beautiful! Very helpful and friendly staff with a quick check in. The apartment was huge! Much bigger than the photos we wish we stayed more than one night. Reasonably priced and not too far from flinders street station.

We stayed at the adina while we had a weekend away from the kids. Great location, amazing setup in the loft apartments and an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!.

The twobedroom apartment is very spacious, perfect for a family with children, with plenty of space for them to run around in! Great location and very useful having an iga minimarket right next door. Onsite parking was $25 a day, expensive but reasonable in general. Private parking next door is about $45 a day. The usual hotel niggles apply a remote control with flat batteries, an extension cord in the bedroom didnt work so one bedside table lamp couldnt be used, poor ventilation in the bedroom so you have to waft into the hallway to aerate. Whilst the decor was a bit bland, it was all in relatively good condition and everything looked and felt clean. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall great for an overnight stay, would definitely work as a basecamp for several days in the city.

An amazing experience. We didnt ask for much, but we were given an amazing apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Trains are noisy, but hey, its Melbourne. I highly recommend adina for a pleasant, no fuss, and elegant stay. Thank you to the amazing staff member who went out of his way to help us with our luggage when we got out of the lift and showed us to our room.

This hotel is excellent. It has nice amenities, is clean, and is conveniently located in the city center. Its relatively close to everything, and the iga outside is convenient. During our stay, there was some construction going on, but the staff was very pleasant.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The gym was quite tired and the one working elevator was creepy and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Great location with river views.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights just this past weekend. Adina apartment hotel on flinders street in Melbourne is absolutely beautiful. From the outside, you would have no idea how beautiful it is inside. I came here with my mother to help me recuperate and get out and about in the community. Everything is within walking distance! There is even a convenient iga right next door. The apartment has everything you need. Tea and coffee amenities, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, dish cleaning items, glassware, mugs, plates, bowls and even pots and pans. I was unsure of what happened but pieced it together when i too nearly slid right out the front. I dont know who is responsible for the pavement or floor outside, but it is very dangerous. Ambulance, police and firemen attended that day. Sand had to be put down on the entire block to create traction. The room you have is amazing. I have sent photos and videos to family and friends and they will all book with adina if they stay in the cbd of australia.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite here for new years eve. Sensible views and helpful checkin staff. The suite has a large and spacious kitchen area, but i agree with others that the curtains, carpets, etc. Are starting to look a little dated. The linens and bathrooms were clean. Our fridges top was dirty, and they hadnt checked the cupboards because previous guests had left a large box of cereal that was still there. It would be nice to be able to 'book a car park. I rang twice in the lead up to our booking to doublecheck if we could do this, and was told no. We were able to get the last'spaces, which was the maintenance guys car park. I had to physically move a few bits of odds and ends to make it work. That said, $25 for an overnight parking in the city is fantastic, so a solid pro.

We were in Melbourne for tennis and you are across the road from fed square and honestly i think it took 10 minutes from our seats at the tennis to be back in our room. Perfect! The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly.

We had a wonderful room with a breathtaking view once more. I was asked about bringing my family over for a family reunion to spend new years eve and see fireworks, but the price was very expensive. It would have been nice to win tattslotto, but not at that price. Will definitely be staying there again on our own, we love the new apartments.

The apartment was centrally located and had a convenience store next door which was great. It was a great size and well furnished. I also love the option of subtle lamp lighting. The bed was comfortable and had beautiful views.

We stayed in the newly renovated loft apartments for the long weekend and were blown away. The room we had was amazing. Spacious, well appointed, beautiful bathroom and added bonus of a washer and dryer. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful stay. The location was great, quiet and there was a convincing store right next door.

My husband and i were genuinely pleasantly delighted by everything about this hotel. The staff and owners have honestly taken into account all the reviews, and even the most minor issues, such as soundproofing and outdated furniture, seem to have been resolved. We adored all the really nice staff and the minibar purchase prices from downstairs. Our stay was exceptional in fashion and up to date rooms, and we are already thinking about returning.

Editorial i stayed here for the third time and had to edit my review to express how great the service was. Unfortunately, the room i originally checked into did not have heating. Coming from qld, heating is essential for my survival in melbourne. I called reception and had a staff member look at it if there was a user error. I was then given the option to relocate, which i agreed to. The lovely staff member brought another room key up to me and informed me that she had already turned on the heating and left an extra blanket in my new room. When i entered my new room, i also discovered a bottle of wild oats cab merlot with a lovely note left on the kitchen bench. Thank you to the adina staff on flinders street. You always make my stay so comfortable and go above and beyond! Great accommodation in the heart of melbourne. Very spacious apartments and clean.
