Property looking tired in some areas, but lovely & clean & great for quick overnight turnaround. grab & go restaurant really quite underwhelming, we didn’t use it. Staff were all lovely & friendly

Very convenent location for T2 domestic Terminal and close to Park and Fly should you wish to drop your car off. Reception is on the top floor which is where the restuarant and bar are located with views over the airport runways. Staff were pleasant and efficient upon check-in. Room was comfortable with basic amenities. Bathroom was clean and functional. Bed very comfortable. There isn't too much around the area re alternative places to eat and drink so you are tied to the bar and restuarant to some extent. There's a fairly decent selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks Due to the proximity to the airport it is surprisingly quiet. Only downside is that they don't provide a free shuttle to the airport and they use an external company who charge $15 per person for the 1-minute trip. Not the end of the world but a large chain like this should be facilitating this need. However, the hotel is definitely worth considering due to it being well situated for the airport.

Easy walking distance from Domestic Terminal. Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff were courteous and efficient. Having the Reception on the top floor took a bit of getting used to and perhaps arrival instructions could include clearer signage. The neon sign is trendy but obtuse. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would be happy to return.

we only stayed one night, after arriving on a 11pm flight and did not want to travel home. firstly we found parking was secure and was plentiful. As we arrived late, guest services were very helpful and quick. The room was decent in size, bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate, water pressure good, although there was a little mould in the shower. we did not use any of the other motels amenities like gym and bar

Superb check in experience. The only suggestion I would make for staff is to better advise customers who park there to note the green/red light when using the entry/ exit ramp. I didn't realise this at first and it could have resulted in an accident. Otherwise, our stay in this hotel was 5 stars all the way!

The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Included tickets for a free beer, soda, or coffee in the upper floor semi bar-like area, great views. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

One of my favourite places to stay at for quick trips. Only about a 10-15 min walk from the domestic airport terminal and also a 10-15 min walk to Mascot train station and where all the restaurants and supermarkets are. The premium economy room is comfortable and spacious for me, and the floor to ceiling windows let lots of light in during the day with great views. There are block out curtains and a comfy bed for a good sleep. I like the fact that the bed does not have those annoying decorative pillows and runner :D The cafe at the top floor is chill and my favourite place to have a coffee while plane watching! The staff are also very polite, friendly and thorough - shout out to Yasmin & Dimi who checked me in & out respectively :)

The airport shuttle was booked through reception at any point up to a couple hours before you need it. The room was clean and spacious with a rain shower. Full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The bus stop was within walking distance and could easily access trains from mascot station 2 bus stops away. Food is also nearby or can order through ubereats. There is also a small cafe in the hotel with vending machines and ready to go foods. Key card must be put in slot to activate lights, plugs, and air conditioning (the front desk didn't explain that to this silly American. Luckily, it had been similar on my previous trip to Athens, so i figured it out.)
