Older motel, looks very dated from the outside. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Older property with some new fixtures and appears some money is being spent. Friendly owner made us feel comfortable. Would stay again.

Is about 5kms from CBD, but not an issue if you have a car. Old building, but has been refurbed. Bed comfy, generous provision of water, sweet biscuits, cheese and crackers and snacks. has wifi and Netflix. Only thing missing was a hair driee.

Managers were extremely helpful to my mother and I after I had an accident and broke my shoulder. I was unable to drive and unfortunately we were not able to stay at the motel the next day as it was fully booked. Ian rang around and found another motel for us to stay at and drove us over there. He also rang around and found a transport company that was reasonably priced to transport my car back to my home in Brisbane. This took a lot of the stress of the situation away from mum and I and I thank them very much for all they did for us.
