Lovely big room but the outlook was over the centre of the building. Would have preferred an outside view. There was an annoying noise which I think related to the lifts. Room felt a bit dated and there needed to be some lights on nightstands. Location was great but there was a sewer smell in the area which permeated through the entrance lifts which wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

I can’t think of any negatives! The room, the pool and the restaurant were all fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything you could need, and we also ordered room service for dinner which we thought would take ages but it was surprisingly fast. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The only slight downsides were the parking (a bit annoying parking across the street and then it’s difficult to get to and from your car), and the room was consistently 21 degrees even though we set it to 17/18 so we were really hot overnight and didn’t sleep well. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the 7th floor as guests have to walk past all the rooms to get to the pool/gym from the lift. We were on floor 13 far away from the lifts so had no issue with noise.
