A credit card security deposit of AUD 1 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

Please note pre-booked parking is available at Secure Public Car Park located at 376 Flinders Street for Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel guests for 45 AUD per 24 hours per car.
Should you require car park access, please call Hotel reception within 24 hours prior to check in to receive a code for multiple carpark entries. Alternatively, the code can also be received from reception at check in before entering the car park.
The car park is located approximately 110 meters from hotel and the height limit is 1.9m.
Wi-Fi/Internet access is available at the property at no additional charge for a limited time or amount. Charges apply thereafter.

Please be informed that Lift No. 05 (servicing the Basement Pool, Spa, Sauna, Gym, and Laundry) will be offline for upgrades from Monday, 16 June 2025 until Wednesday, 1 October 2025. During this period, guests will not be able to access the basement amenities via Lift No. 05. Access will only be available via the stairway from the Low Ground Floor to the Basement (one floor down). All basement facilities will remain open and fully operational.
