The room was fantastic. It was spacious, spacious, clean, and pristine. It had everything you needed. The views from the room were breathtaking. The balcony was a bit small, but who really uses them. I was actually surprised it was much better than i originally imagined and would definitely stay there again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great and central, but a bit difficult to find at first and parking in the area is limited. There is a secure parking nearby and quest also has limited spots. I didnt see a porter or anyone helping with cars and bags.

Highly recommended for the price and location alone. Well appointed room with complex amenities for the price. The staff were clearly well trained and very helpful throughout the stay.

Overall, i am very satisfied with the accommodation, service, and facilities. Excellent location, just a short stroll from mcg, dfo, and promenade. Clean, neat facilities. Excellent showers and beds. I went on a girls trip but will definitely stay again with my young family.

Excellent location near everything. The personnel was excellent. The rooms were tidy and of a decent size. The kitchen had excellent amenities. Early in the morning, there was some disruption from a nearby construction site, which was a little inconvenient, but overall, it was a positive experience.

My family recently made a reservation at the southbanks quest, and they had a wonderful time. The room was tidy, cozy, and roomy. The entire service team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They would most certainly return on their next trip!.

We stayed for two days on new years eve. They met all our requests high floor (17th floor) and on the same floor as our family visiting from abroad. All day parking was reasonably priced at $35 per day (able to come and go as needed). Close to the southbank and casino. The rooms were very clean, modern and the two bedroom layout was really good. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. The only thing would have been a better view and the balcony entrance through the lounge rather than the master bedroom.

Last minute reservation. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities we needed, the location is perfect, very close to everything. The reception staff was lovely, but they were very bad at answering phone calls. Called three times for various questions the day before, while there and after leaving a message each time with no response. Ive emailed fingers crossed they reply! The room itself smelled of some kind of smoke. And phone reception in the room was fine, dropped out a few times.

Excellent location, just a short stroll will take you to the bars and restaurants. There is a parking spot available from quest, but it is secured for $35 per night. There are several parking lots nearby, as well as street parking.

The parking spaces at park house are quite limited. The view was breathtaking, day and night. The kitchen was very spacious, and there is a supermarket and playground just around the corner. The clean fully furnished selfcontained apartment is perfect for families.

We arrived in Melbourne for the new years eve celebrations, and our accommodations were fantastic. The views of the bay and hill ranges were breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was immaculate, and the classical music playing in our room upon arrival really set a culturally sophisticated, metropolitan atmosphere. It was quite convenient to have access to feder square for fireworks, and the lovely staff was accommodating, friendly, and professional. A 5 out of 5.

If we came back, we would stay here again. Excellent location. The staff informed us about the excellent breakfast and other services available nearby. Excellent washing facilities as well. The neighborhood is calm and the streets are not too busy at night.
