Overall, well worth it! Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Can i grab your bag? How was your day? Very friendly and inviting. The rooms had lovely views of the city and the river Brisbane. Food was good too, although a little pricey.

Our fivenight stay at the hotel recently was truly delightful. The location is excellent, and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our five nights there. On each occasion, the valet team performed in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the parking lot was well utilized. It was incredibly comfortable and clean, with excellent amenities. Our son was always entertained by the festive lobby, which added to the joy of our visit. Many thanks to rydges, southbank. Well return!.

The food, including the room service options, was excellent, and the service was generally excellent. And then, the rooms are spotless and have a lovely outlook. After that, this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in brisbane.

First of all, i want to emphasize that the entire staff ive encountered was excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful, which contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The second issue is that they only offer valet parking. This is incredibly important to note if you are trying to save money, as ill be doing on my trip. I believe the frontofhouse signage states that valets cost $55 per night, but he could be mistaken. Since mr. 1027 was in room 1026, im only able to comment on its layout. My room had sweeping views of the river, making it pleasant to wake up to in the morning, although occasionally there is street noise (wasnt too bad at all). The bathroom stayed in didnt have an exhaust fan, so despite my preference for hot showers, it was quite humid! The condensation made everything really wet. Also, the faucet hanging over the basin didn't provide enough hangover over this oval bowl, thus it would be awkward and bothersome to wash your hands and rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. On the subject of noise, when remarking, there was eve of jugs flowing into the room from the balcony door open for some fresh air. If youre not going to be around walking distance, this is probably merely attainable. As dietary enthusiast, having access to fantastic restaurants

The room was spacious and immaculate. The reception staff was courteous and friendly. We arrived early and wanted to leave our luggage at the reception. To our surprise, we were informed that we could check in hours earlier. Thank you for your hospitality, i will definitely stay at ridges southbank again.

The location is excellent. I stayed here for four nights on the third floor overlooking the pool. Was there for work. There was no problem with noise coming from within or outside the hotel at all. The pool was clean and dipped my feet in it. When i called to order because the online ordering service appeared to be having issues, a staff member at the other end of the line was told must be then silence before deciding to ask if she could take my order over the phone instead. After waiting for an hour, we were informed that our food was on its way up to me. 30 minutes later, when ive called, they told me that we actually dont have any record of your order, and after 2 days of warm drinks, the 3rd staff who he dealt with apologized very kind. Despite having the option to use the chromecast on television, there was nowhere to find any instructions on how to get the car to work as it was plugged in but not switched on at night. We were awakened in sweaty puddles in the middle of this night at 18 degrees on top of it without noticing which park it had been in, no note of when we would be retrieving it, nor did the receptionist attempt to charge us reprimanding us for doing so. It is conceivable that the air conditioner is acting as

We are two adults and one child, and rydges has a room with two double beds. The hotel is directly next to the convention center and across the street from the city beach and restaurants. Parking is expensive at $50 per day.

We stayed at rydges for one night. The package deal included a room with vista, supper buffet, 1 pm checkout, and valet parking. Great staff, very friendly and polite. For the price we paid, the room was disappointing, in my opinion. I entered the apartment and looked straight at the toilet in the small en suite bathroom. In comparison to other places, it was quite small. To watch tv, we had to pay about $30. We shared the screen on the phone. At least until 2 am, there was loud nightclub music playing. When i eventually fell asleep, breakfast was excellent, great kitchen staff. Went to retrieve our belongings from our room at 12.45 pm and were locked out. Will not stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel with friends for the first time for a leisure stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is well appointed. Bathroom fitting was beautiful, i love the big bath too! Great location, close to many parks, restaurants and cafes. Pool very small and shallow but perfect for cooling down on chilly days. I will be back.

The location is strategic and close to everything. Comfortable rooms, but i was given a room so cant give utmost value for money. But the stay was enjoyable. Nice clean modern venue.

I had a great three nights at the rydges south bank for resuming this week for an event. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff is courteous and competent. It was incredibly comfortable in the room. A large, comfortable bed with highquality linen and pillows. There were numerous power and charging outlets in addition to stowing space in it. Although compact, the bathroom was welldesigned, making the shower excellent. Lots of consistently hot water, excellent water pressure and flow, as well as id say if there was one very roomy shower stall. All in all, ive found it to be the nicestiest and most comfortable room ill have ever stayed in in ages. I would definitely stay again, but sadly, im unable to comment on the cost of the accommodation because it was covered by the conference organizers.

I went here for an event last month. The view was amazing. One of the servers, named brenna, was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that those with dietary requirements were able to get food before going to the main crowd. Overall a very nice venue.

Theres a lot to like about rydges, southbank in Brisbane. Its not perfect, but it definitely ticks off many boxes in incredibly positive ways. Hubby and i recently returned from stayed there for four nights after having previously remained there as if we were returning from bali. As judging by how good rhyddes at south bank is, when we decided to return to Brisbane for our fournight radr break, we knew we could stay wherever we wanted to. Brisbane has dozens of hotels to choose from, so it was consciously choosing to go back to raydge, and we would do it again in no time. The location is excellent. On both visits, the riverside location makes it convenient for everything. We had kingsize river view rooms on the hotel corner with tucked away corners, offering stunning views of both the city skyline and the rivers water. Excellent shower, instant hot water available. Also included is opulent kitchen area with microwave. Rydles south banks buffet breakfast is among its best buffet meals ever. Seriously, anything even the pickiest eater could want. A wide variety of hot and cold foods. Our concierge also provided us with advice on how to get to the cricket at the gabba, which we attended during our stay. There isnt much to criticize here, however one aspect is not up to par.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a 5minute walk from the south bank river jetty. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities we have come to expect from ridges hotels. Breakfast was exceptional, offering countless options. Additionally, the reception provided excellent service, making it an enjoyable experience overall. We would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful onenight stay. When we arrived at midday, we were pleased to see that the room had been prepared ahead of schedule. Particularly commendable was the adherent to meticulous cleaning standards. The entire staff was friendly and clearly willing to assist. Although the location is conveniently close to major attractions, there were few noise disturbances during our sleep. We look forward to returning for another visit and express our gratitude.

Perfect location with stunning river views. Valet parking. We didnt need our car because we could walk or use nearby free transportation alternatives. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was just what we needed to start the day. Pool looks great but we didn't use it.
