The W Melbourne always meets our expectations.. location , convenience, facilities and customer service is brilliant . I travelled solo with my daughter . Having the pool was our go too late afternoon while I could enjoy a glass of wine and I could watch her swim .

Very modern and interesring. The staff were very friendly and always greeted you by name which was lovely given this was our first experience at this hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very willing to offer help. Overall one of the best experience we have had and would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stunning modern Hotel with great location, facilities and a trendy bar. Also used the pool & gym which was excellent. Loved how the staff all introduced themself and gave their name. Only issue was 2 unplanned knocks at our door by staff coming to the wrong room. Management reacted well to address this issue.
