The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the size was adequate for my needs, and the location was good. However, i could use a thorough cleaning to clean the corners, nooks and cranny.

The water pressure was amazing, but i had trouble contacting them prior to arrival to resolve the delayed arrival situation. Also, there was no extra pillow and the ones provided were very flat.

Next time, ill stay at this hotel again. I stayed here for 5 nights and checked in at night, and my key was placed in a secure location. Small room, as expected for a 3star hotel. New tv, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, desk, and very clean room. The bed is very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager is very considerate and polite, the receptionists with excellent customer service are very polite, and the housekeeping staff are very polite. Easy access to the bus stop in both directions, very close to the rbwh hospital. I enjoyed my 5 nights here. Thank you for the very friendly service.

The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean. Great location for the rbwh. Small things. The light in the bathroom took forever to turn on, the flick mixer was loose and you had to fill the cups to fill the jug as nothing fit under the tap. For a room that can accommodate three people, an extra chair would have been nice.

I would gladly return to this hotel. I would suggest the ibi budget Windsor especially for business trips, layovers, or staying close to nearby hospitals for specialist appointments. The location and free onsite parking are good. Bus services are also available outside. The rooms are small but comfortable with a bed, bar fridge, small table and chair, alarm clock, fulllength mirror, and wallmounted clothes stand. Air conditioning for cooling and heating, and a tv with a remote mounted in the corner facing the bed. The bathroom is through a small door inside the room, which is clean but well maintained. The shower, toilet, and basin facilities are standard. A drawdown blind on a window to the street offers privacy. Despite being near a major thoroughfare, the rooms are well insulated for noise, and the hotel prides itself on low noise after 10 pm. Good privacy, comfortable beds, and attentive staff, all at a reasonable price. Housekeeping staff were also very pleasant and not intrusive. Breakfast is available in the front seating area next to the lobby. My only complaint is the stairs, even though i had an injured leg, the staff ensured a minimum amount of walking to an available room for me.

The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are amazing. Sara and the Indian gentleman are true asset to your team. The showers are small but functional and in a good location, but not really easy walking distance to the city. Hrh is an easy walk though. Parking is easy.

Comfortable beds. The only thing was that the towels and sheets were not changed when they were supposed to be changed. They were eventually changed. Its located in a very convenient and open place where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the cbd, make plans and travel with confidence to wherever you need to go. I plan to stay there again on my next trip. Thank you ibis budget.

The facilities are excellent and immaculate. The service provided was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. Despite ongoing renovations, the staff is accommodating. You get what you pay for a threestar hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, quiet place, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms had an old hospital feel, not sure if that was before ibis took over. The bathroom is a bit small and could use some renovation. Stayed from 1/10/22 - 4/10/22.

There are no drawbacks. The checkin process was quick, efficient, and friendly. Parking was more than adequate, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near the city.

The majority of the perspectives made the room excellent. The door handle went kaputt towards the end, but it was still manageable to open the door. The ceiling is thin, and the noise from the upstairs room was audible plainly. It would be nice to have a hair dryer. The room was tidy and clean, and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered free parking.

The room was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom was very small, and the window didnt seal properly, so there was occasional traffic noise. Despite these issues, everything else was satisfactory.

Saya menginap dengan istri dan dua anak usia 5 dan 4 tahun. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota Brisbane. Keunggulannya adalah parkir gratis. Mereka mengizinkan kami untuk tinggal di sini dengan catatan terlebih dahulu karena menggunakan tempat tidur susun di lantai atas, sehingga faktor keamanan sangat diutamakan mengingat kemungkinan jika anak-anak tidak diawasi bisa berbahaya bagi mereka. Syukur alhamdulillah tidak terjadi apa-apa.

Very basic. Okay for an overnight stay. Handy for rbwh. Also for maccas. The bed was comfortable. There are only 2 pillows on the bed. There is only 1 stool in the room. For a double room, there should be 2 stools or chairs. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot while we walked to the hospital. That was a bonus.

The room is neat and clean. The price isnt too high considering the facilities. Parking is available but not guaranteed. Sound deafening can be improved, the noise still comes through, but overall good for the price. The reception only open until 6 pm but they will leave your key card in the locker box. Cheap nofrills place for a quick stay.

Yes, it is small, getting older, and a few things could be done to clean it up a bit better. But the bed is nice, the sheets are clean, and everything you touch is clean. Its a good price, convenient and handy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I think it is great for about $85 per night.

Hotel bintang 3, nikmati sepuasnya 9. Fasilitas bagus dan sangat bersih. Layanan ini luar biasa. Staf sangat membantu dan ramah. Meskipun renovasi sedang berlangsung, staf melakukan pekerjaan dengan sangat baik dan akomodasinya akomodatif. Hotel bintang 3, nikmati sepuasnya.
