For all bookings of one month or longer there is a cleaning service once a month with change of bedding. Additionally, for stays of one month or longer there is a final cleaning fee of 140 EUR which you pay once upon arrival.-Pet Policy upon request:Pet fee for a stay under one week (1-6 days) = EUR 30,00 per day.Pet fee for a stay of one week until two weeks (7days – 13 days) = EUR 20,00 per day.Pet fee for a stay of two weeks to a month (14-29 days) = EUR 15,00 per day.Pet fee for a stay of over 1 month (over 29 days) = EUR 10,00 per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
