One of my most visited hotels in the world, the grand mark is now. To honor my birthday, I decided to stay at this hotel in Sharka. After a 23-hour flight from the United States, I arrived at the hotel around 5 in the morning. Checking went smoothly and quickly. The airlines had misplaced my luggage. When I informed the front desk, they immediately got to work transferring my luggage to the airline. I want to thank everyone at the front desk. A wonderful team. Thank you, walked Kabir, for your assistance and kindness. Thank you, my. Ripen, for taking me to the airport and helping all of my needs. Thank you, mmm, sahib, and little jewel, for making my birthday and visit such a success. The restaurant's breakfast buffet menu was good and varied. My accommodation was tidy and cozy. When I return to Shaka, I'll stay at the grand mark.

To commemorate my birthday, I chose to stay at the Grand Mark in Shaka. After a 23-hour journey from the United States, I arrived at the hotel at 5 am. The check-in process was quick and easy. The airlines had misplaced my baggage. When I told the front desk, they went to work connecting with the airline to retrieve my luggage. Thank you, Kabir, for your assistance and kindness. I want to thank everyone at the hotel. The brunch buffet was delicious and plentiful. When I return to Shaka, I'll stay at the Grand Mark.

Staff is extremely amiable and efficient. The breakfast buffet includes local and international dishes. The rooms are spacious and modern. It is environmentally friendly with the note to change towels for the bed sheets. The supermarkets and resto shops are all within walking distance.

When I left the hotel by mistake, I left my new, expensive phone in my room, and I only just realized it several hours later. When I called to let the hotel know, I returned to look for the phone. The security manager, housekeeping manager, and banquet manager all went above and above to assist me, sifting through the room and interviewing the housekeeping employees. The phone was not found, but even though I was about to give up recovering stolen items in Bangladesh, it's a miracle. They insisted on me letting them go to the police on my behalf to lodge a complaint on my behalf. I left without any hope, but incredibly, the hotel manager contacted me numerous hours later to let me know they had discovered the device after all and made sure it was returned to me during the night. I'm really appreciative of the unexpected level of service and honesty!.

The hotel has a good location, close to restaurants, and supermarkets. The room accommodation was spacious and modern. And then, they were so environmentally friendly. After that, the breakfast buffet had an international flavour with local influences. Subsequently, they served local food at the buffet. Besides that, the room's furnishings were also big and trendy, and the towels had to be changed.
