Very family friendly, lots of parties too! You can choose from a variety of activities, from simple to complex. Children as young as 3 years old can have lots of fun during the morning, afternoon, and night. The guest service was very good, everyone was always very attentive, carrying, and happy. I went on a time that wasn't full and still had the fantastic buffet and the great food and beverage service. Can't wait to go back.

The main restaurant buffet is what I got after roughly four visits here. The personnel providing for the children's lodging, which is a roomy, comfortable air-com-couid precautions hotel, is what I am not so. Check in, the reception, and the check out. There is music. Taste depends on precautions, events organization, and staffing. Food is above what you would expect from a buffet resort. Quality and variety are unmatchable. Burgers, fries, fruits, etc. are all fantastic for families. The kids club is well-run, safe, and secure. Lots to do. The rooms are extremely cramped. There is a separate bathroom, bedroom, and living area. Watch out for them dispatching you to the nearest room when the nearest rooms are empty! Hotel security and orientation are good. Gloves, masks, and personnel teaching people how to behave. Excellent points. Reception and checkin are jokes. It shouldn't take 90 minutes for a free check-in, whether it's due to poor training or incompetence. Because the main function hall must have 10 entrances, why funnel everyone through one? Just pure stupidity. Hi, agglomeration. If you believe Ceraneja sounds like animals being rooster, you'll be thankful to have a big, tranquil pool area as well. In any case

We've been staying here for a week. The location is very strategic in this place. So convenient and easy to reach. They have a beautiful view. We are planning to return soon.
