To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for all guests, please kindly follow the house rules below:

✔️ 1. Age Requirement
Registered guests must be at least 18 years old. Guests aged 60 and above are kindly required to be accompanied by a family member.
✔️ 2. Guest Communication & Attendance
The host or assigned staff may contact you occasionally via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging platforms. We kindly ask for your cooperation and timely response when needed.
✔️ 3. No Parties or Group Gatherings
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and group events are not allowed.
✔️ 4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours start from 10:00 PM to ensure a calm and restful atmosphere.
✔️ 5. No Pets Allowed
For safety and comfort reasons, pets are not permitted on the property.
✔️ 6. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be available free of charge, subject to availability.
✔️ 7. Visitors Policy
Please inform the owner or security staff if you wish to bring visitors into your room. Overnight guests are not allowed for security reasons unless approved in advance by the owner and may be subject to an additional fee.
✔️ 8. Strict Prohibited Items & Activities
Drugs, weapons, and prostitution are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate action and may be reported to local authorities.
