We weren't sure what to expect based on very limited photos and description of the room. We got the deluxe king room, and had no idea what we were going to get...but it was fantastic! So happily surprised from what I remember Aspen rooms being like 10 years ago. Our room was updated and very nice. Everything appeared to be clean. We were surprised to have a kitchen, a fireplace, and a balcony. Bed was comfy but too soft for my back-I woke up with a sore neck and back both mornings-but it was expected. We did hear other guests when they were outside our room, but not much at all from surrounding rooms. Lots of TV options and all the streaming services were available. Staff was okay. Front desk seemed nice but not overly friendly, chatty, or outgoing. In comparison with other hotels it was a noticeable difference. Staff at check out said that check in desk clerk didn't need to take additional deposit, but did anyways. It appeared they were training. I'm sure they'll have it down as they gain more experience. Parking was limited, and it's early in the season. On a Saturday night, our side parking lot was full. Minor complaint, the bottle to wash your hands-have it so you can remove it or add the option of a bar of soap. Overall, great stay. Our room was an excellent warm welcome at the end of each day of our trip. Would absolutely stay in that room again!!

We were in the Family Triple Room. I loved how spacious it was. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The lady at reception was very helpful in getting us the kitchen supplies that were lacking in the room. I loved the fireplace as well. There was sufficient parking and everything was walkable from the Inn.

It is a great motel conveniently located in the town of Waterton. Easy walking distance to everything and beautiful mountain views. The room was comfortable and well laid out with a small kitchen.

Loved it! Clean and very comfortable. Easy walking to what there is in town. We kept the bath fan on to drown out the other guest noises. Our only small issue was the back window needs a room darkening shade. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Very quaint! Clean room. However, there is no AC (they do email you and let you know this before check in). And you can also hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Such a beautiful hotel still, will definitely return!
