Hot tubs will be open during the evening.Please note the indoor parking has a limit of 7 feet, or 2.1 m. There are no alternative over-height parking options at the hotel.An additional pet-fee of CAD $25/+tax per night/per pet. will be charged for guests travelling with pets. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each suite per reservation. In the event extra servicing to the room is required upon check-out, an additional housekeeping charge may be applied to the reservation. Pets are not to be left unattended in the guest suites.Only guests of the age 21 or older are allowed to check in, check out or stay at the accommodation without a parent or official guardian.Over Victoria Day/May Long Weekend, the min age is increased to 25 years, without exception.Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card bearing their name upon check in and check out. This individual must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.Children 18 years and under stay for free when using existing bedding.Please note, these units do not include air conditioning.Summer 1 May – 22 November 2017 - The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.Winter 2017/2018: 23 November 2017 – 30 April 2018 - If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.Please note, a prepayment of 100% of the first night will be charged anytime after booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
