We stayed in the nora and laurie eraser room. The floor to ceiling windows and private balconies overlook the cove, mother island, and the sunset. The breakfast was delicious and cathie was able to accommodate my unusual food allergy. We would certainly return for a rejuvenating escape from Haifa.

We only stayed one night at the By the Bay bed breakfast because of our trip to Peggy Cove. We wish we could have stayed longer since we arrived and saw the lovely room and property. The host is really welcoming and caring, with great care for the detail and the best breakfast we had on our weekly round trip through the maritime. The room was roomy and clean. If we would have stayed longer, we might have used the amazing property that leads directly down to the bay with a swing by the sea.

This is a fantastic location in a fantastic location. It's close to Haifa and the famous Peggy Cove. The friendly owner, Cathie, is a great cook and is welcoming and supportive. The room is spacious and has a view of long cove. The backyard is a great spot to sit and watch birds and other wildlife. We have a cat, who spends most of his time outdoors, so although I have a slight allergy to cats, I had no problems in any areas of the house.

The location in the middle of Haifa and near Peggy Cove, makes us stay here for 3 nights. The room was a bit upstairs and has a view of the bay and it was lovely. The room was spacious and quiet and well furnished. Our hostess named Cathie made our stay so pleasant. When we had the excellent breakfast, we enjoyed interacting with the other guests. She was also a wonderful cathist, so she looked after everyone's needs. We anticipate a visit to the by the bay bed and breakfast sometime in the future.

With a view of a tiny section of beautiful Margate Bay on the eastern shore, By the Bay is a cozy location. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and it had a fantastic veranda for lounging by the pool with a glass of wine. Our brunch was excellent, the pancakes were delicious and unique. Down by the cove, there is a small beach area with a lovely swing for unwinding. The night sky is one of the best things about this location. Sadly, you can no longer see the stars so bright in a lot of locations. Cathie is a friendly hostess that is helpful. She genuinely enjoys what she does.
