Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival.
