The rooms furnishings and carpeting are a little dated and have dim lighting, but it is quite roomy. There is an open window that allows you to see out. The staff is friendly and tidy up the room well.

This place is quite good, but the bed frames make it difficult to close the door. Additionally, some areas of the roof began to leak water. However, it appeared to only last one night. The staff was helpful and kind, and they addressed most of our problems. Its location was also excellent. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance.

We spent a few nights there. The lobby was very modern, clearly renovated and updated as soon as we entered the hotel. It does not give an exterior impression. We were given supper on the top floor. Modern updates were made in the olderstyle interior suite. I adore the builtin shelving and the wood floors in both the living area and inside. Although we never used the jacuzzisized bathtub, it was unexpected. Our microwave and security box were helpful. A relative told me she was given one with tv and utensils. Only the choice of materials that retained stains and evidence of use, such as carpet in sitting areas, was the only drawback. There was an outdoor pool and restaurant, which was nice. Food was decent when we did eat there for dinner. To expand your travel options, you can easily access public transportation.

The bed frames in our room are queensize and have double mattresses on top. Great for smashing your shins on when you get out of bed. The other annoying thing is that the bed frame is too big, which interferes with closing the door. Rooms are very small, but the biggest problem is how broken they are. Not kid friendly at all. Rachel at the bar is great though!.

This facility is truly remarkable. The front desk staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming experience throughout your stay. Frank, Lisa, and polyana, as well as the rest of the staff, are exceptional. Their restaurant offerings are outstanding, while the rooms are impeccably clean. What more could you possibly want for?.

I will be returning. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I reserved a special room in the queen suite just two days before my stay. Breakfast was included in this extremely affordable rate. It had all the conveniences, was immaculate, and was quite cozy. Room service is available.

My girlfriend and i spent the night here. Although the relationship didnt last long, the memories of this lovely hotel are still fresh in my memory! Haha! The price was reasonable, and there was a fantastic hot tub and swimming pool.

This hotel is in a great location, its very close to brentwood and has two skytrain stations that will take you anywhere in the Vancouver area. The service is good and the lobby is inviting, but the rooms are lacking and need some upgrades. It feels like they tried to mix some modern with old dingy hotels, and it just doesnt work out well. For the price, it is ok for sleeping at night, however, i wouldnt recommend it for longer stays or if you want savoring fewer experiences.

The personnel were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were of a good size and were promptly cleaned. It was difficult to operate the bathroom with three people because it was so small. Additionally, the air conditioner produced reverberant noise. There was no open window, one of the elevators was out of service, there were hot main hallways and the one operating elevator, and there was only one ice machine on the ground floor.

The rooms have been updated and are immaculate. The housekeeping staff is outstanding they are considerate and attentive, going above and beyond. We had a great time at the restaurant, and finding parking was simple.

Overall, this hotel did exactly what we needed it to. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, they were old and could use an upgrade eventually, but if you are looking for a cheap and conveniently located hotel, i can recommend it. One of the servers in the bar area is snobby and arrogant. I could describe him in other words, however overall the staff is friendly. However, one thing we did find was that unless you book bed and breakfast, only certain items on the menu are available, which was fine except that it seemed to change depending on who the server was. We were offered the express breakfast included in our room price two morning, and when we ordered it two days later, we were informed that there was an additional charge, even when asked specifically for clarification on his second morning. It was all sorted out, so keep in mind and check when ordering. Overall the hotel performed its job well, with utmost success.

We are not in the city of boston, but this isnt a Carlton Ritz! I was there for rehearsing if you look closely. The staff members are really helpful, friendly, and honestly much more fun than my coworkers at the session! The food was delicious, as i understand the venue is also reasonably priced!.
