Family Policy:
Children at the age of 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the Hotel.
For the safety and security of all guests, it is strictly prohibited to leave unattended children alone anywhere on hotel property including but not limited to in Hotel Rooms, Hotel Lobby or any of the Restaurants.
Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
Check-in:
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in.
Check-in begins at 04:00 PM (ET) and check-out is by 11:00 AM (ET).
Room rates are subject to CAD 9.99 Resort fee, 13% HST and 4% MAT Fee.
The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the applicable taxes and fees without notice.
Pet Policy:
Great Canadian Entertainment’s pet policy allows for two pets (cats and dogs only) up to 50lbs each per room.
There is a nightly accommodation fee of CAD 49* as well as a one-time CAD 49 cleaning fee*.
In addition, Great Canadian Entertainment requires all guests staying with their dog or cat to complete and sign a pet waiver at check-in.
If you’re planning to bring your four-legged friend along for your hotel stay, please be sure to factor in these additional fees.
*Service animals are not charged any fees, but may be charged the cleaning fee if any soiling or damages incur.

Security Deposit/Incidentals:
All reservations mandate a credit card guarantee.
If you choose to pay with cash, debit, or prepaid cards at check-in, the entire cost for the room and tax, along with a security deposit of CAD 150 for standard rooms or CAD 300 for suites, will be required.
Alternatively, if paying with a credit card upon arrival, besides the room and tax, a deposit of CAD 50 for standard rooms or CAD 100 for suites will be charged.
System Fee Policy:
Effective June 20, 2023, Great Canadian Entertainment (GCE) will apply a system fee on certain Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions (System Fee). The System Fee:
Is 2% of the total transaction of Visa and Mastercard transactions completed in our food & beverage, hotel, and entertainment venues where Great Canadian Entertainment is the merchant of record;
Is not a surcharge or convenience fee;
Is not charged on debit, prepaid, or gift card transactions;
Is identified separately on each guest receipt.
Guests wishing to avoid payment of the System Fee may use a separate payment method, including cash, debit card, prepaid or gift card.
