We did not realize that there would not be air conditioning, but we were grateful for a fan. If we closed the drapes that cut off airflow from the window, but we improvised and used a lamp to pull the curtain away from the window at the open end. We used the hot tub every night. Towels and changing room were provided, and water extractor for swim suits was helpful. We enjoyed the picnic tables outside our room, and picked up food from the local bakery that we enjoyed for meals there.

Very nice place, plenty of parking, walking distance to the village where you can buy stuff from the market or get food. The hotel offer frees bikes which is awesome but we were outing around a lot and didn’t use it. Very convenient location. only thing is no elevator and we had to carry the luggage to upstairs for our room.

Amazing restaurant, our loft condo has plenty for family vacation after. Bunker bed is too soft for me. No issue with anything like reviews mentioned online. Only standard outlet for EV charging, it’s slow yet worked. Note, there are many outlets on the property, only ones with light night light working has power.

The price is very fair given the hotel's prime location. Our room was spacious and clean. The property has a great resort-style layout with multiple buildings; I really enjoyed the pleasant walk from our building to the main lodge, which houses the lobby and two restaurants. The food at Timberwolf was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. It was incredibly convenient to be able to catch the Lake Louise shuttle right in front of the main building. Plus, there’s a small shopping plaza within easy walking distance where we were able to pick up some groceries. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lake Louise!

Great value compared to other properties in the area. We opted for the renovated room and appreciated the updated furniture and bathroom. No AC but weather was good in early June. Able to open a window that had a screen. Enjoyed the balcony as well. Kids took advantage of the free mini golf and bike rentals. What a treat! The indoor pool was nice and just big enough for grandma to get a workout while the 4 kids played. We appreciated the two restaurants on property and both were good. They also make a pretty good Caesar. It’s also located close to a village with good coffee and breakfast options (walking distance). Overall, we had a good experience for two nights in Lake Louise. We had 10 people and 3 rooms next to each other.
