We love to walk and this place was in a great location, within our range to easily get to downtown metro stops or even walk through parks to get to the Taste of Danforth festival. The vintage house had lots of items of interest and the breakfast was hearty. It was served on a lovely garden deck. Restaurants nearby around Carlton and Parliament Streets. Room was really quiet!

Ce B&B dans une maison ancienne, est un vrai musée, énormément d'objets du passé. Petits déjeuners british très copieux, de vrais repas. Place de parking très appréciée. Wifi correct. En plus, excellent accueil.

This place is not the Ritz but it is a great place to base a visit to Toronto. Quirky and imaginative it's a really great place to stay. The hosts are really friendly and full of local knowledge just making the visit. The breakfasts are second to none, cooked fresh to order. Don't miss out, give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Like stepping back in time - an Aladin's Cave of curios and antiques which give it such charm. When I found Pimbletts B & B on the internet my wife and I had to book it to see if it really was so quirky and full of character - we were not disappointed. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but we really liked it as did the other very friendly guests we met there over excellent breakfasts made by a very cheerful chef named John. Geoffrey, the owner, has been in Canada since 1972 and has amassed an incredible collection of curios and antiques - you have got to see to believe! We had a great stay at Pimbletts and whenever we get to go to Toronto again we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect if you want to stay off the beaten path. NOT a luxury hotel...but perfect for those who prefer a B&B to larger hotels. Pros; Breakfast was awesome everyday. Jeffrey & John are very friendly and helpful. Attic room was large - bedroom/ large bath and own private deck! Cons: Really only one....not in the best neighborhood. Totally bearable for us....but it is mostly residential and a small population of less desirables are visible. Nobody bothered us but they are around. Anyway...all & all, a very nice trip & I very good price!

This is a great stay if you are a history buff - the place is literally like a small museum with some amazing collectible antiques. My favorite was a model 18th century battle ship. The service was excellent and very friendly. The wifi was good, I had no problems and parking was readily available as promised. We had the honeymoon suite which comes with a hot water jacuzzi and your own rooftop patio! I couldn't have asked for a better accommodation at that price so close to downtown Toronto. I hope you enjoy your stay and have many pleasant memories with the inn keepers Geoffrey and John :)

We loved staying at this bed and breakfast! Geoffry (our host) and Jonathan (the cook) took very good care of us! Every morning we had fresh fruit, OJ, milk, delicious pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs, and toast. Better than any hotel breakfast I have ever had! We had never stayed in a B & B before, and we were very happy. Very close to several good restaurants as well. People were friendly and a safe place to be. Would stay there agian!

Pimblett's is a dream place for memorabilia of the British monarchy back through Victoria and perhaps further back in time. A comfortable room with available common areas and John's very good breakfast - a great place to make your own way from in the city. Excellent neighbourhood pub (The Irv) and The House on Parliament around the corner for a great meal and, in the expanded world view, only two major blocks to Church Street and two more to Yonge.

Breakfast is great (eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, toast) but served 9-11 am. Our room is warm in summer, there is a baseboard heater for winter. Lots of old books in house, if you have allergies be aware. Good value overall.
