L hôtel est superbe et idéalement situé. Le personnel est parfait. Néanmoins, l’équipement des chambres pourrait être amélioré (notamment une cafetière) et le fait que l ascenseur ne soit accessible qu à certaines heures est peu pratique. Malgré tout je conseille et je reviendrai. N’hésitez pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur place il est excellent et la salle est très belle

This is my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. From the location to the design of the hotel, from the view to the staff dressed in kilts, I loved everything about this place. The food was great including vegan options. I highly recommend the tea service. I enjoyed the talk given by one of the staff on local history. Everything was great.

Wonderful location for a historical hotel. The prairie pie we had for dinner in the lounge was wonderful. The older style elevator is run by friendly and helpful staff. Helpful and accommodating staff in all areas.

This is a must. Do yourself a favor and book for two nights. The hotel is something out a fairy tale. You feel like you stepped back in time. Views for days. The staff is warm and welcoming. Things to take advantage of, there an additional fee for $20 for amenities. With it you get unlimited use of their electric bikes. I was sad to leave. But will defiantly go back. Fantastic experience.

Magnifique hôtel historique qui vaut le détour. La vue depuis l'intérieur est a couper le souffle. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Pas de TV mais cela est très bien car cela permet de profiter du lieu. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Almost 100 year old, so dont go if you are looking for ultra modern conveniences i.e there are no TVs nor Coffee/Tea making facilities /Fridges/Microwave etc etc in the rooms. However if you want to experience the location, views, heritage, and overall ambience it’s fantastic. Staff are brilliant too - There’s a nightly talk by staff about the hotel & it’s history and they are always on hand to answer any queries.

found parking right away and easy walk to front door. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well organized. Bar and restaurants were great, super food and staff. Hotel was amazing place to stay in this wonderful park.

Love the staff and they're kilts, didn't realize the property was built so long ago they kept the same elevators, so you can either go the stairs or you have to wait for the staff to bring you up the elevator.However, it was a wonderful stay and this scenery is absolutely magnificent. Highly recommend the town of Waterton is beautiful .

Place is iconic. Beautiful location. Great staff. Was surprised by the additional charge of $20 per day for parking, and the addition of 4% added to dining and beverage charges charged to the room rather than paying each time with credit card. There was no mention of the parking charge, which was annoying. Please just mention it when booking to make this smoother.

Besides the incredible location and views from the Lobby and Dining areas, the service from all personnel was exemplary and hard to match in our own international travels. Can't say enough about how we were treated as guests. This stay occurred at the end of our tour of the Canadian National Parks and was a perfect conclusion to a wonderful excursion.
