First of all, kendra at the reception was amazing. extremely kind, professional, friendly, and helpful. It is so nice to be able to arrive somewhere after a 3 hour flight for such service. Give that lady a raise! Second, the location is ideal. There are many pizza shops, florists, and subway stops surrounding, as well as a liquor store. You can't beat Clarence Park's price for an outrageously priced location like this one. Third, even better than an airport floor, the beds are actually much more difficult. There were no privacy curtains around my bunk, the room was very dark, and the air conditioning wasn't working. The radiator on the basement floor was so hot to touch, making the room very scorching hot. I ended up just opening the window, lying on top of the linens, and sweating the night away. The humidity in the summer is incredible! Wow! And there is also a resident mouse rat. I personally missed the opportunity to say hi, but at breakfast, some of my fellow guests called me and burping us with a loud scream as he played peek a boo in the kitchen cabinets. However, the restroom and shower were totally spotless, and the complimentary coffee and toastfruit for breakfast were excellent. After a khr flight, it's great to get to a place with a high value. Get that woman some raise! Second, the setting is ideal. There are numerous pizza joints, hortons, and subway stations nearby, as well as a liquor store. You can't beat Clarence Park's value in a ridiculously costly location like this one. Third, although better than an airport floor, the beds are truly quite uncomfortable. There were no privacy curtains around my bed, the room was extremely dark, and the air conditioner wasn't working. The radiator in the room was so hot to the touch, it could possibly seriously burn someone, and the room was quite hot to the touch. I eventually tried to open the window, lay on top of the sheets, and sweat the night away. In summer, I'm able to imagine the temperature in the room! Wow! And there appears to be a resident mouse rat. Although I didn't get to say hello personally, the other breakfast guests saw him, who yelled in disbelief as he played peek a peek under the kitchen cupboards. In conclusion, though, the restroom and shower were immaculate, and the complimentary coffee and toastfruit for breakfast were delightful.
