First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :)

100000% recommend Vittoria Hotel and Suite!! It’s my first time travelling with my boyfriend and when we booked another spot on main street.. then got a refund because it was absolutely ridiculous with stains on sheets and missing basic items like a microwave dish…sink wasn’t working (the faucet fell off before we even used it) and overall very uncomfortable area… Being said We booked here with Vittoria and it was so amazing we even extended it too a extra night! The staff is absolutely fantastic and very attentive and knowledgeable! 1000% worth the money and on the list for 1# hotel so far!

This hotel is unexpectedly nice & clean. Everything in the room is just right, the view is outstanding. Plus it’s very convenient, the downtown Niagara Fall and most of the attractions are just right across the street!!

Clean and spacious room, our room included two queen beds and a sofa bed which was plenty for our family. It is very close to Clifton Hill so with small children it is easy to walk around and not have to worry about where to eat. Minor drawback is that onsite parking is limited but offsite parking is available and only a couple of minute walking distance.

The room was clean an nice with a great view of the falls. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only negative was that we paid for the breakfast buffet and when we went down for breakfast the next morning we were told there was no buffet and had to order from just a few selections on a menu.
