The hotel is pleasant and offers a good breakfast option, with an open kitchen for cooking soup noodles. The staff members are helpful and efficient, especially Xiao Shan and the receptionist who worked on the 20th of february night. It is conveniently located within ten minutes walking distance to the kk mall.

During our stay, the staff at the atour hotel shenzhen luohu diwang, particularly Ruo Guan, provided excellent service. The staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting all of our needs, from a friendly greeting at checkin to luggage storage arrangements when traveling to hangiwang. We chose this hotel because of its central Shenzen location, which was very convenient to be close to the grand theatre subway station, dozens of neighborhood stores, and two large shopping malls, all within walking distance of the hotel. Throughout our twoweek vacation, we also used the hotels selfservice guest laundry, as he appreciated it.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just ten minutes walk from the subway. It is conveniently located near two large shopping malls with numerous dining options. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, featuring pristine cleanliness and even incorporating ionizing bathtubs. Staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I am definitely looking forward to returning in the future.
