After staying in a few secondrate hotels, some of which even had four or five stars, I came upon this tiny gem down a quiet side street, not far from the old town's gates. The front desk staff was friendly, his English was great, and the inner courtyard was quiet. The room was well-kept, immaculately clean, and had excellent, modern bathroom amenities water pressure hurrah! It was a nice touch to have a jar of leaflets in the room and peaceful roaring music coming from the rooms sandbox. In my two nights here, I sleep better than at the five prior hotels on my trip. The only drawback is a rather mediocre local breakfast, and a longer hike to the old town gate than other hotels, but these are small drawbacks given all the benefits of this peaceful getaway. Highly advisable!.

Not too difficult to find, 10 minutes walk to the south gate entrance. The room was nice, and one of the receptionists spoke very good english. She was very helpful if you needed something. Breakfast not Western-friendly. Slow WiFi.

This hotel is tastefully built. The setting of the courtyard is relaxing. There are some massage chairs that you can use for a price. After days of hiking up Cangshan mountain and jogging around Bali, it only cost $20 for a 45-minute massage. The room itself was lovely. The design was wonderful, and the mattresses were comfortable. In the room, there was a radio that could play very soothing music. The only drawback was that our room was close to the road, and at night we could hear everything that was going on outside. I think the accommodations would benefit from adding a little more soundproofing. Apart from that, we were pleased with our stay and the service we received.

The employee at this hotel was really helpful and helpful. The room size was large, with very inexpensive price for breakfast. The laundry machine is provided by the hotel.

I loved the location, it's perfect for visiting Bali, the old town is only a short walk away and restaurants are close by. The room is very nice and comfortable and this hotel scores 5 stars for its affordable price. I will stay here again if I come back to Bali.
