Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation.

Very convenient. There are several restaurants nearby. Near a shopping complex, 500600 m. There is also an indian restaurant where you can get indian food. There is also an option to add your visa or master card as well, but it will only work for a few days. After that you can choose the taxi option in the app and pay in cash. You can install the diDi app on your smart phone and use it for your daily commute.

Im quite happy with my overall experience. I made a thoughtful upgrade to the room. The room itself is quite spacious, and the view from the window is particularly impressive.

I am happy with the suite i booked. All requests for extra beds and toothbrushes were delivered right away. There are many free soft drinks in the refrigerator. You can see the pudong threepiece suite from the room and the topfloor executive lounge.

I made arrangements for my family to stay during the spring festival. The staffs service attitude was excellent, reminiscent of a refreshing spring breeze. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and upon departure from the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful coffee gift. Overall, the experience was truly remarkable!.

The location is excellent, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it, although the design and venue may use some updating. Carpets, doors, elevator lift switches, and other equipment are quite damaged from excessive bleaching during the covid period.
