Highly recommended. Exquisite luxury in appearance and feeling. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffets were large and varied with delicious meals. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Best among a dozen hotels we stayed at during our day tour of China.

We stayed as a family of five with three teenagers. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel was located directly across from the lake, which was beautifully lit up at night and a short walk to the town by bridge. There are numerous bars and restaurants 100 meters to the right of the hotel as well. The outdoor pool was unique for a Chinese hotel because the majority of rooms were inside and only for lessons. To relax, they could use some beds near the pool rather than just chairs. A good family hotel.

I would not hesitate to suggest it to anybody. The room was excellent. I paid more for a view, the entire place was spacious, clean, and food was great. My two biggest complaints are really about communication. They have a travel desk, but the ladies spoke no English, I am okay with that, but why don't they have a brochure to tell you what the tours are, with times and prices? It's set up for tourists, but there is no way to communicate with them. I also did not receive a real receipt, but I sent them two emails after that with no response. Nonetheless, I had no problem with the location or overall vibe of the hotel.

This hotel has a good location, and the room is very tastefully furnished, with lots of space. They give great service, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also nice with a 5-star rating.

We stayed for 4 nights over the weekend. The new wings are high quality and very accommodating. Staff service is excellent. The place is at the Lin River which is beautiful. We walked along parks that look like banks where musicians perform and local people dance both in the evening and during the day. It's a truly enjoyable experience.
