Very nice staff, warm! The rooms has AC unit but doesn’t turn on so it was very warm I had to ask the staff to leave the window open. The month is March and just starting to get warm. Don’t turn on the AC even the setting is in Cold Air because only heater will come on!

This is the one that impressed me, I don't stay at lots of hi. Receptionists were both professional and intelligent credits belong to the front desk, always there for me! Fi was also good the room was large, high floor, and hi standard. As a diamond member, complimentary services and treatments from hi cheng were highly appreciated! Keep it up and look forward to your next visit.

As always, the hotel staff, particularly the cleaning crew, is excellent. Breakfast is excellent! There were two things we weren't happy with during our stay: smoking in public areas such as the spa and near the gym. Spa service. We signed up for a 90-minute massage and received 70 minutes. Although they made it up the next day after I complained to the manager, the atmosphere was not up to the hilton standard. People were smoking in the waiting area, and the entire floor was filled with unpleasant smells. Apart from the above, the hotel is close to shopping centers and not far from Mio mountain, and accommodations are very inexpensive.

This hotel is by far one of the nicest lodging options after having stayed at a number of hilton garden inns. The hotel really looks only two years old, and the lobby is incredibly lovely. We went there just to see, and to be honest, this hotel is not ideal for it. Although it can be difficult to get back from the subway to the hotel from the subway station, getting back from the subway to the hotel can be difficult, and on both nights we traveled here, despite identifying many taxis that were not interested in taking roughly 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel despite flagging them down. The subway is in construction, so if this hotel is lucky enough to have a stop within a 5 minute walk of the property, it will greatly enhance its reputation as a tourist destination.

We stayed here for the World Police and Fire Championships 2019 at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. They provide a washroom on-site. The gym area could use a few more equipment. The food in the restaurant was hot and we brought it back to the room. They gave us one to use because we forgot our cell phone adapter.

The hotel listing says that they have room service, they do not. The hotel is beautiful and the room is great. However, I asked for them call me a cab to go to the airport. He insisted I pay 80 yuan, but the trip to the hotel from the airport was only 39. I told him to give me a metered ride, he refused. The hotel staff would not back me up, saying I had to pay for him to come to the hotel AND to go to the airport. So, I shared a ride with another group of people going to the airport. I was really upset that they expected me to pay twice the normal rate and that the hotel did NOTHING to support my position.
