The staff is amazing and always makes me feel at ease. I return to the sangria shenzhen once more amid a couid outbreak in the city. When I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately feel at ease. As always, collin cheng from the front desk had my room ready and well prepared in the way it should be. When I later returned to the horizon lounge, I was greeted with love and hospitality by people I already knew. Lin carying lounge chef was a saint, checking in constantly and making sure that we would always enjoy delicious meals. Zoey wei xiaoping lounge assistant went above and beyond to get me French rolls from the coffee garden in particular.

This place has fantastic services, especially for Charlotte Lee sister. She was very professional and good in cleaning and she always did it on time. We also have responsibility for our belongings. Her communication with us as clients was very professional and friendly.

There may be hardware limitations as a result of the hotel's remarkable past, but the sales department's Monica li and monica li deserve special recognition for their exceptional and professional service. Due to couid, I haven't been back in the hotel since march. Yesterday, I asked Monica to assist me in scheduling my room for early June, which she promptly completed in no time. And then, I asked Monica to assist with the preparations for her delivery of some duanwujie rice dumpling gift boxes for me to Dongjun. Monica organized everything again, and she just made it easy. I can assure you that I'm savoring the delectable rice dumplings now over lunch here, i. E. In less than 14 hours. This is in truth speedy service and efficiency! Monica handled it all. In June and July, the front desk staff also took excellent care of me and my family, and made us feel like coming home when we returned to Shanghai. Your staff did not let me down. Your gro, riel, was able to get a nice pillow on the first night, which makes me feel a lot of love and care.
