Excellent location. You can walk into the Mall and the undergound MTR without going outside. Very accessable to all main attractions. Best Cantonese restaurant in the hotel. Lots to eat in the Mall or the underground. Unbeatable location. The hotel itself is Ritz. Not need to say anymore.

Before i left, i went through the process of greeted and communicated in advance. The hotel staff was really courteous, the bedding was cozy, the view was breathtaking, and the room was neat and organized. Staying in the city center is the finest option when visiting nanjing.

Very satisfied, room service is also very considerate. I especially gave an extra little lion as a gift when i saw there were two babies. Hygiene is very clean, and the children are very satisfied. Facilities are very well prepared. Service: Hotel lobby and room service are all attentive.

I have stayed here many times and they always exceed my expectations. Lily in the club is absolutely amazing always providing excellent service. George in housekeeping is also fantastic! The hotel is great but it is the ladies and gentlemen who work here that make every stay perfect.

The address to stay in nanjing, great location in the city center with the best view in town. But what really makes the difference are the ladies and gentlemen. First class service all the way. It really made our stay. And more importantly happy to see old friends.

The hotel facilities are very new and have the old charm of jinling. The location is very close to the city attractions and very convenient for travel. There was a slight discomfort when checking in at the front desk, but it was quickly resolved by the guest relations manager, ellia, who handled it very professionally and thoughtfully. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will visit again next time.

The hotels location, hardware facilities, and catering quality are just like other reviews, and they are impeccable. The small door in the lobby on the first floor leads directly to deji phase ii, seamless link, very convenient. Before checkin, ms. Mina from the guest awareness department called me to learn about checkin time, preferences, and needs. When i arrived at 12.30 on the day of checkin, i was immediately given a room with a very good view. The welcome tea provided during checkin was delicious. Mina also received a very thoughtful welcome card from mina, a Ritz postcard, and a particularly cute Kong fuzi lion. The kids loved it, thank you very much. Due to my husbands work, i was the only one to check in with my kids this time. Whether it was the concierge at the hotel door or the aunt who did the turndown service, almost every staff member i met was incredibly professional. Thank you. Sumis little gift at checkout. Thank you, nan, for taking care of me. We will definitely be back next time.

This place is suitable for five meals per day. Eat until you can hold on, and many items that arent usually affordable are common here. Anyway, its a bit highend, and theres also a gym and swimming pool. If you have money, its a good idea to come here to sprinkle water. Below, deji.

The location is excellent. On the first floor of the hotel, you can directly enter deji plaza. Its quite convenient that metro line 2 is connected to b 1. On the 46th floor, i slept in a luxurious double bed. The night view was particularly breathtaking. I have never been let down by the ritz Carlton. The room service is attentive and considerate. The quality of the service did not drop at all even during the spring festival, when passenger traffic increased.

The hotel is brand new and has great facilities. Like the city view and the design of the room. The location of the hotel is great as it links to a luxury mall and there are many restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast. The whole experience is comfortable.
