First of all, I want to mention the employee Marco who made me feel welcomed and check in with comfort at the time that fit my schedule, really appreciated it. The property is at the great location, I didn’t even need a car because I could walk from the hotel anywhere I wanted. It was clean, the hotel provided shampoos and lots of towels. Coffee and tea, an electric kettle and fridge were included too. I want to bring it to your attention, fellow travellers, that a receptionist/front desk is not available 24/7 like in other hotels I stayed, and your email might not be read, so if you need help it’s better to call them (at least in my experience). Overall, my stay was a positive experience, the receptionists (when available) were friendly and even provided guidance on how to get to the airport. There was also a separate room on the first floor with some books, tables and chairs. I’m pretty sure there was also coffee and tea, not sure if complimentary. One last important thing is that I felt safe there because the hotel was equipped with a door with a code. Great option to choose if you’re staying in Prague.

This hotel was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and bedding were very clean, bathroom was large, room was spacious with an extremely comfy bed and fabulously large windows! The mini fridge was useful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The luggage room was great and much appreciated at the end of our trip! Overall a great place to stay, a short walk from town and only 5 mins from metro. Highly recommend a stay here.

Hotellet låg i ett lugnt område, men ändå hyfsat centralt. Nära till bussar och tunnelbana. Därför enkelt att ta sig till flygplatsen. I bokningen lovades vi utsikt mot floden och det var visserligen sant, men det gick inte att se den eftersom hotellet låg på en tvärgata ett kvarter från floden med stora hus emellan. Det gjorde inte så mycket för det var inte utsikten vi var ute efter utan ett boende av hög kvalitet till rimligt pris och det fick vi också.

Wir haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel gehabt. Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Wlan funktionierte tadellos. Badezimmer ist ausreichend groß, Minikühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Betten sind in ordentlichen Zustand. Das Frühstück ist bis auf den Kaffee ausgezeichnet. Trotz der Staßennähe ist es angenehmen ruhig. Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden. Zur Karlsbrücke benötigt man ca. 25 Gehminuten oder einfach die Straßenbahn, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.

Проживали втроем (мама папа ребенок) с 27,03 по 02,04 ночей, в отеле есть стоянка для авто, но цена за ночь 15 евро, можно было и подешевле сделать, вокруг отеля полно стоянок БЕСПЛАТНЫХ, и место можно свободное найти если поискать, но мы как то застремались (почитали что в чехии распространены кражи из автомобиля), поэтому пользовались стоянкой отеля Номер хороший, достаточно просторный,матрасы на кроватях удобные, у ребенка была доп. кровать, вполне пристойного размера также с удобным матрасом есть спутниковое ТВ но без русских каналов, минибар ( за отдельную плату) чайник, сейф (ключ от сейфа залог 40 евро) убирают регулярно, полотенца меняют по запросу (надо бросить на пол) придраться не к чему, персонал на ресепшен в основном русскоговорящий (было при нас 4 разных 2- точно говорят и понимают, 1 -"не в зуб ногой" еще с 1 не общались, поэтому зачислили его/ее к русскоговорящим, в ресторане (отеля) также прекрасно понимают русский, кормят отлично ( на наш вкус) в 5 минутах ходьбы, может 7 от отеля станция метро (Андел) и трамвайная остановка, до "Старого города 2 остановки на метро, или 4-5 на трамвае, мы ходили пешком максимум 20 минут до Карлово моста. Остановились ли мы еще раз в этом отеле, однозначно ДА,

Приезжали в отель Augustus & Otto уже второй раз.Замечательный отель, все очень нравится.Прекрасный, внимательный, русскоговорящий персонал. Вполне достаточное, качественное питание.Отличный район Андел поблизости много рестаранов, торговый центр "Новый Смихов". До Карлова Моста можно, не торопясь, дойти пешком минут за 20-30. К тому же станция метро и трамваи. В общем, рекомендуем всем.

Nam sa velmi pacilo, Olga a Aruzan na recepcii boli velmi prijemne, dakujem aj Markovi, ze sme spolocne po telefone vybavili parkovanie a pomohli jednemu panovi sa ubytovat. Expedia hat leider falsch informiert. Die Parkplätze als auch die Kur Taxe und das Frühstück haben wir separat bezahlen dürfen. Das Frühstück war groß in der Auswahl und die Damen im Service sind die ganze Zeit gesprungen um alles sauber zu halten! Top

El hotel está bastante bien, a media hora caminando del Puente Carlos, tiene buen transporte público, hay un centro comercial cerca El hotel muy limpio, el desayuno está bien , no le sobra ni le falta nada.
