I cant wait to go back for another fantastic experience! The Comwell Copenhagen portside hotel is a true gem! My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were excellent, providing opulent and cozy experiences. However, what truly sets this establishment apart is the outstanding staff. Their warmth and dedication elevate the entire experience. I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff members are they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Enjoying delicious cocktails at the bar was one of the highlights of my visit. A young man with incredible talent and creativity created one among the most memorable drinks ive ever had.

A fantastic hotel in a great location, with very courteous staff. I adore this hotel and will undoubtedly be returning in the near future. My partner and i reserved he superior room, but we were met with shabby corner rooms with lovely, large windows that offered some breathtaking views. The room has tv, desk, queensize bed, very comfortable bedding, safe, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and reasonably sized wardrobe and clothing rail. For me, the bathroom was the best thing about this room because it had underfloor tile heating, utmost comfort, an extremely large and cozy bath, as well as opulent shower with drinking water and huge shower head. It was difficult to cool the room down because the lowest setting on the air conditioner was 18 years old. Also, outside construction can be very noisy and wake you up in early morning hours, which made me feel irritated. Excellent amenities of the hotel are continued downstairs. There is nymph, gym, outdoor courtyard, plenty of seating and work space, bar, restaurant, toilets, underground parking, luggage room for storing your suitcases. Although the restaurant and bar are comparatively pricey, there are excellent facilities that make for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is quite far from the city center to be peaceful, yet close enough to walk in or take the metro or taxi boat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices even for dietary restrictions. It costs more but worth it.

This hotel is located on the harbor side of Copenhagen. The hotel has a metro that connects to the city center and it only takes 15 minutes to get there. It is very clean and the staff is amazing.
