The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good. It seemed a bit odd that the dining room was empty for lunch and supper, and that it was the custom to eat in your room. It made the hotel lack vibrancy. Not sure why it was so empty.

There is a connection and wide room that makes me feel at home. The swimming pool is very nice with good city views. All the staff were very friendly. Its quietness makes the hotel unique.

I hope you enjoy your visit. This hotel is situated on Main Street near the hole airport. A coffee shop and restaurant are nearby with walking distance. It was comfortable to stay in, and check-in was easy. The hotel restaurant was decent. The staff is helpful and friendly. The wifi connection is reliable.

I stayed in this hotel for work reasons. Very well situated in the city and close to the airport. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the airport. The rooms were large, the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant should be repaired or better replaced. Hence, I will stay here again in the future.

Pros: good hot water, tea and kettle maker, nice balcony, good gym, great location, pretty quiet, friendly staff, plenty of power outlets, great view from the roof, rooms nicely decorated Cons: fridge was broken, staff couldn't locate my reservation upon checkin (took them 20 minutes), staff were not at the airport as scheduled to pick me up, and the great selection of food at the breakfast was useless since the food meant to be cold was warm, and the food meant to be hot was room temperature. Had to stick to fruit and bread only. Considering that Ethiopia is so poor, this is a nice three-star accommodation, and I can forgive the problems. Would stay again

Check in was good and the room was nice. The restaurant service was very slow. There was no internet connect for the majority of my stay and the water in the shower was not hot enough , dispute numerous complaints there was no improvement. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable

The towels are old and some have holes . Paint is peeling from shower ceiling. Water does not drain properly. House keeping managers gaves us a hard time about a towel having lipsticks on it which was already there when we received it. Furniture thought out the entire hotel need to be updated.

Disappointed considering the high price. The bathrooms need attention as the shower cubicles appear as they’ve never been cleaned, I had to wear flip flops when showering as. The cubicle doors did not close, so water was always on the floor, the fixture/fittings were not maintained and missing. The bedroom floor had to cleaned as had not been. The restaurant tried to overcharge and then rather than provide a new bill thought it easier they asked for the bill to be paid.
