Property was clean and well taken care of. Had an Eiffel Tower view which was wonderful. Staff were kind and friendly. In a great area - lots of shopping nearby and able to walk to a lot of attractions.

Wonderful place in a stunning location. Very practical but also a great poiny of departure to get the best out of Paris. How to digitally access the apartment is a bit tricky at first but they have a very pedagogical app to make it easy!

Great price for an amazing, central location. Good size room for 3 people and it had a terrace looking across the river to the eiffel tower. Minor things: hair dryer wasnt working and there was scaffolding on the balcony, but since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal for us.

The location is in front of hermes and channes, so its perfect for shopping. However, on the first day, the reservation was overbooked, so we had to move to another hotel. However, a roundtrip taxi fare and breakfast were provided, so there was no major issue.

Hotel ini terletak di dekat jalan terindah di dunia. Stafnya ramah dan tersenyum, hal ini jarang digarisbawahi. Kami selalu datang ke sini selama kami tinggal di Paris, metro berjarak 100 meter, Champs Elysee berjarak 200 meter. Kamarnya direnovasi, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kamar mandinya memiliki desain yang halus dengan opsi penyimpanan melalui ruang ganti atau lemari. Sarapannya berlimpah dengan produk berkualitas tinggi. Saya akan merekomendasikannya dan menemukannya dengan mata tertutup.

Kami memesan kamar super double untuk 4 malam dengan harga C $600 per malam selama 4 malam. Kami tiba di pagi hari 3 jam sebelum check-in. Pria di resepsionis sangat ramah dan membantu dan menyimpan tas kami. Sayangnya dia adalah satu-satunya anggota staf yang ramah. Ketika kami memasuki kamar kami, tempat tidur ukuran penuh kedua akhirnya menjadi tempat tidur bayi yang digulung di bawah jendela. Bukan masalah besar tapi tidak seperti yang diiklankan. Wanita baru di lantai bawah mengatakan tempat tidur bayi dihitung sebagai tempat tidur ukuran penuh. Karena takut akan kutu busuk di Paris, kami memeriksa semua perlengkapan tempat tidur secara menyeluruh. Kami merasa lega semuanya bersih. 25 Euro untuk sarapan rata-rata hari berikutnya. Selama 4 hari saya hanya menemukan 1 anggota staf yang ramah, yang lainnya acuh tak acuh. Handuk, 2 bungkus kopi dan 2 gulungan tisu toilet tidak cukup untuk 3 tamu yang menginap 4 malam? Meskipun kami tidak memiliki masalah saat check-in atau check-out, ada banyak orang yang menunggu di lobi kecil dengan 3 kursi terlihat cukup bingung. Lokasinya sangat bagus, berjarak 30 menit berjalan kaki ke banyak tempat wisata dan dekat dengan toko mahal dan kedutaan besar. Saya harus mencatat bahwa staf yang acuh tak acuh bukanlah Paris atau Prancis karena kami diperlakukan dengan sangat hangat oleh banyak orang lain di industri perhotelan.

Hotel ini sangat sempurna di jantung Paris yang indah. Suasananya tenang dan stafnya ramah. Pemandangan dari kamar di lantai atas sangat indah (untungnya saya bisa upgrade ke junior suite). Sarapannya mungkin dapat ditingkatkan tetapi cukup untuk saya. Saya akan kembali.
