This is a great location to stay. I stayed here for one night because it was closest to my customers, and it was a pleasant surprise as I crossed the grand arch, which was simple to locate and a quick and pleasant walk. Despite having made a reservation a few minutes prior, checking was quick and friendly. An inviting lobby area. I adored the modern working dining table and the convenient power outlets and proper espresso machine, the comfy bed, and the effective shades to darken the room. I like the room's lack of special views and was actually more on the small side because I was on the inside of a round structure. Rooms seem larger than before, but everything else was excellent. I agree with earlier concerns about the interesting app, but the meals were delivered promptly and of high caliber, and the breakfast was delivered promptly when you were again ordering at checkout, which was extremely efficient. Although it's not entirely consistent because they kept some aspects of the previous Sofitel rooms, I also like the design. If you're seeking old-fashioned Paris opulence or a romantic evening atmosphere, stay away from this hotel.

We stayed at the nest hotel for 6 nights because of the great location, cool environment, plenty of cafes, and an excellent shopping center. The hotel was lovely and serene, and the receptionists were all extremely friendly. All the employees, especially Silvia, were exceptionally helpful each time we had problems. The bed and room were cozy and attractive. Sadly, my room's electrical system went down two days into our trip. My phone couldn't be charged, the refrigerator wasn't working, and the wall plugs and outlets were not working. I cannot use a hair dryer or iron, and the refrigerator isn't working! It was quite challenging. The first time they informed me it was a weekend, and our technical support is unavailable! When this happened again the second time, they informed me that technical assistance was unavailable right now and you should wait until the morning! It's not good for a star hotel that the technical support isn't available at all times, I believe. Our husband and I had a hard time changing rooms in the middle of our trip. The plate for breakfast is another drawback. They weren't always clean, even when breakfast time, and when I saw foods and little plates, they didn't completely wash them. Many of them were filthy. Although there were some problems, the nest hotel was a great trip, and I had a good time there.
