We reserved a two-night stay at this hotel. It is adjacent to the beautiful river Tarn. The staff is very friendly. On July 3, we choose to have dinner at the hotel and the tasting menu is really good. Highly recommend this hotel.

The environment here was so beautiful and you can tell the view from outside. The employees were so friendly, caring, and eager to make our stay there a pleasure. They also train some interns as well as some younger staff in this period of staff shortages. We enjoyed some of the best service offered at any restaurant in the world during our stay.

All facilities were very good, especially the swimming pool and the views of the river. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming with good food and wine options at reasonable prices. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

In addition to this, this hotel is located on the tarn's banks, which are calm and relaxing with a view of the river's still waters. And, on the opposite bank, there are enormous plows of greenery, which are right outside the tourist center of Alibi. This place is in the best spot around. I suggest you book a room with a river view to make sure you can enjoy the experience.

La Reserve is both a remarkable hotel and dining experience and the best of what Relais & Châteaux has to offer the highest quality in personalized service and elegance. We discovered la reserve while planning a trip to the French Southwest, centered on Alibi with it's magnificent medieval gothic cathedral and its toulouse laurel museum in memory of the artist born there. La reserve is also a great base for exploring the winding roads of the medieval fortified villages around it. The hotel is a true oasis of peace and relaxation, made even more appealing by the friendly and helpful attention of each member of the staff. In addition to a lovely buffet breakfast with some of the finest croissants and baked goods we have ever had, we enjoyed every one of the delicious dishes served at the four dinners we ate there. Local cadillac wines were another unique touch. Our room with a balcony overlooking the garden was a comfortable and spacious delight. Congratulations to the charming owner manager and outstanding la reserve staff for this unforgettable stay with such unparalleled relaxation and pleasure!.
