The room was immaculate, the bed was cozy, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I went to Gott for a weekend of sightseeing and had a great time at hotel am schlosspark. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk uphill from the train stop. Despite the fact that there were other small hotels and pensions accessible, I'm incredibly glad I chose this large one. First and foremost, the front desk had an hour, whereas the pensions I looked at had short daily windows of time that did not match the arrival time of my evening train. Second, many of the staff were multilingual, which is uncommon in gotta. They were friendly with my English questions, and I felt well taken care of.

The park surrounding the schools is well-kept and a lovely place to walk. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast options, and a full menu available for dinner in the hotel restaurant. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed Internet access and found the wifi in the room very accommodating. Parking is on the street across from the hotel. Spaces are limited. The hotel has its own parking, but advises using the street. There appears to be no air conditioning in the open window to cool night air the solution.

The room was very clean but outdated and decorated in a style from 40 years ago. That said, it's quite clean, serviceable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and served in a nice room.

I would highly recommend this place. This is a good starting point for exploring the epicenter of the reformation. The hotel has a lot of steps like the Big Bang Theory. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, even though the double bed is two single beds together. I was able to trace the course of life from birth to death. In addition, I visited Buchenwald concentration camp. Outside of tourist attractions, there is a lack of English proficiency by the people.
