Good things about this place. Great place. We got a ground floor disabled room on request. Excellent breakfast with English-speaking parking and two parking spaces. The bed was comfortable. The bad things are, they didn't offer gluten-free bread. Breakfast coffee could have been better. The receptionist's joke about credit was terrible.

In terms of cleanliness, service, and the overall environment of the hotel, the place I stay in this hotel is very nice. As far as breakfast is concerned, there is many alternatives. The room is quite large and has a secure bath. The bed is comfortable and the shower has a nice hot shower. The staff is also very helpful in the reception.

The hotel is fine and straightforward to find. Everything in the room, in my opinion, seems a little old. To be completely honest, the color selection also didn't help much. Excellent but also outdated. Service I had a bad experience. My son. Left his temper travel cushion at this hotel, and by the time we discovered it, we were already on our way back. When I began mailing with the hotel, it took a few days before anyone could look at my question. I even sent them a picture of the pillow and told them it was a hard foam pillow. They said they had located it and I had to transfer 10, for them to send it to me. That was done, and they sent me the package. When I received, there was an old feather pillow stuffed into an old box. They just kept saying it was all they could find when I complained. Because I didn't send the photo for nothing, I felt disheartened. The neighborhood is close to several eateries and the highway. lots of parking. Overall, a good hotel for a night's sleep, but I see much better.

I stayed one night. 10 minutes after application the staff called and answered all my questions. We arrived when the kitchen was about to close but the kitchen kept open and served supper late. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Recommended
