Very clean, owner welcoming. windows are unable to be opened due to the scaffolding around the building, but this was the only flaw. Rooms are simple and comfy, aircon was a welcomed amenity. Close to MTR links, cafes, restaurants and shops. The outside looks a little intimidating but there is 24/7 security and everything is only accessible by keycard. I felt very safe and would return to AMU Dreamhouse. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Em geral, o lugar é muito bom. A cama não é confortável, o colchão é macio, mas é bem fino, senti muito a madeira da base. O ac é frio, mas eles disponibilizam cobertas na recepção. As paredes são bem finas, você ouve tudo dos outros quartos, até pessoas roncando. Mas tem a privacidade de um espaço só seu, pra deixar as malas abertas e só trancar a porta. Tem chinelinho. No 3° andar tem 33 quartos e 2 banheiros, um com 3 sanitas e outro com 4 chuveiros (parece pouco, mas nunca precisei esperar e a limpeza estava sempre impecável , oferecem body soap, shampoo e condicionador tb), além de 2 maquinas de lavar e secar roupas com moedas (300¥ pra lavar até 5kg, 100¥ pra secar, mas precisei secar 2x). O café da manhã é razoável, não como carne nem ovo, então virou só um pão com margarina, muita alface, 1 tomate cereja, além de caldo de milho e um iogurte natural. Há água, café o chá à vontade o dia todo. Muitas restrições pra falar, não pode falar ao telefone nem dentro do quarto. Na área em que poderia falar, fiz isso com a permissão do staff e fui repreendida (por tradutor) por um senhor que estava ali, logo no primeiro dia, foi bem desconfortável e com certeza afetou minha percepção da experiência da viagem. Recomendo o hostel.

There are a lot of delicious food around. Transportation is actually quite convenient. You can go to the subway station right after exiting. Also, it turns out that there are actually many night markets nearby, so you dont have to worry about running out of things to buy at night.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, dekat dengan pintu keluar P 3 (lift) terowongan bawah tanah. Meskipun pintu keluar P 3 masih agak jauh dari stasiun MRT Tsim Sha Tsui dan East Tsim Sha Tsui, terowongan bawah tanahnya sangat nyaman, jalan datar dan ber-AC, jadi masih sangat direkomendasikan. 8 per 2023 Menginap di kamar triple dengan pemandangan taman selama 2 malam Pemilik hotel sangat baik! Meskipun kami tidak banyak berbicara, terutama berbicara saat check-in, pemiliknya sangat baik dan menyediakan payung untuk wisatawan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini! Kamarnya tidak besar, tapi cocok untuk daerah perkotaan Hong Kong, tekanan air di kamar mandi cukup kuat dan air panasnya cukup panas, nyaman untuk mandi. Perlengkapan dasar seperti sandal, handuk mandi, sikat gigi, pengering rambut, shower gel, sampo, dll disediakan. Pencahayaan di dalam ruangan cukup baik. Kamarnya berada di lantai dua, sehingga suara mobil bisa terdengar jelas di malam hari. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, dekat dengan pintu keluar P 3 (lift) terowongan bawah tanah. Meskipun pintu keluar P 3 masih agak jauh dari stasiun MRT Tsim Sha Tsui dan East Tsim Sha Tsui, terowongan bawah tanahnya sangat nyaman, jalannya datar dan ber-AC, jadi masih sangat direkomendasikan.

Ada cukup banyak makanan enak di dekatnya, transportasi sebenarnya sangat nyaman. Anda bisa langsung ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan ada banyak pasar malam di dekatnya, jadi jangan khawatir jika Anda tidak punya apa pun untuk dibeli di malam hari.

Foto-foto yang saya lihat di situs pemesanan terlihat sangat bersih dan hangat. Namun, kenyataannya, kamar tersebut justru membuat orang merasa gambar dan teksnya tidak cocok. Pertama-tama, ruangannya sudah tua dan dindingnya retak dan bernoda. Lantai kamar mandi kotor, keset pintu kamar mandi juga berwarna abu-abu hitam. Tempat tidur double juga sangat kecil, hampir sama dengan tempat tidur single ekstra besar. Kamarnya juga bau. Air panasnya juga jelek sekali, orang pertama punya air panas untuk mencuci, tapi orang kedua punya air panas. Setelah dicuci, airnya tidak panas lagi, malah menjadi air hangat atau bahkan dingin. Tekanan udara di pengering rambut sangat kecil sehingga bisa dihilangkan sama sekali. Padahal setelah saya bilang ke bos, dia memberi saya satu lagi. Hal yang paling tidak dapat diterima adalah suatu malam kami pergi ke supermarket terdekat untuk membeli bahan makanan dan menemukan bahwa pintunya tidak dapat dikunci. Ketika kami memberi tahu bos, dia memberi tahu kami bagaimana harus menutup pintu sebelum menguncinya, tetapi kami masih menguncinya seperti yang dia katakan. Saya tidak bisa bangun. Saya merekam videonya dan mengirimkannya ke bos untuk dilihat. Meskipun akhirnya diubah, itu juga menunda rencana kami. Sikap bos juga baik, tetapi dia tidak akan pernah tinggal di sini lagi. Kelebihan: Lokasinya bagus, kebersihannya bagus, pemiliknya ramah dan tempatnya relatif nyaman. Cocok untuk backpacker dan youth hostel. Kekurangan: Air panas kurang panas, kamar mandi kurang kedap suara, jangan dibandingkan dengan hotel biasa.

Asrama ini sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar 3- 4 menit berjalan kaki. Di tempat seperti Hong Kong dengan harga tanah yang mahal, hostel masih bagus. Pemiliknya juga sangat baik hati dan berbicara dengan penuh semangat.
