The hotel reception is very nice and allow us to late check out. There is two type of pillows can be choose. We were noted construction under the hotel but we didn’t hear anything from the room. The hotel take serious attitude on the precautions of COVID-19 where we need to take temperature every time we come in the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Butterfly on Prat- Tsim Sha Tsui. Staff are all nice, accommodating and patient. We are a group of 28 people and they all assisted us and made us feel welcome.

Good location and surprisingly quiet given our room facing the street. A lot of restaurants within walking distance and the A21 airport bus very close by. Room and beds were fine, we had to have our room changed because of a faulty air conditioning, which was the only negative. But staff sorted this quickly.
