Hotel Oriental Mandarin sangat bagus, lingkungan hotelnya elegan, pelayanannya sesuai, dan terletak di pusat kota, jadi transportasinya sangat nyaman. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan saya menantikan kunjungan saya berikutnya.

We spent two weeks in a deluxe room at the landmark mandarin oriental hotel. The room was lovely, with a huge bathtub big enough to accommodate two people! The arrangement provided a comfortable living space without being a suite. The only downside is that its location means you dont have a view other than other office blocks, and there is limited daylight to maintain some privacy. Breakfast was included in our rate, and the choice between two restaurants was excellent. The spa area was clean and had many amenities. The gym has a good set of modern equipment and never felt crowded. The highlight must be the hotel staff. From reception to restaurants, everyone made you feel welcome but not overrun. They were happy to chat and had great relationships. A WhatsApp channel was provided to handle requests personally, which was a nice touch.

Hal ini untuk memberikan rasa nyaman kepada para tamu. 2) Dapat berkomunikasi melalui WhatsApp sangat nyaman. 3) Staf di ruang restoran atau spa atau gym sangat baik dan berpengetahuan luas dan dapat menjawab pertanyaan saya.

When i returned to the room each day, there was something small that surprised and touched us. It wasnt just because it was free, but it was also very thoughtful and detailed. And the lovely smile of the manager of the restaurant and bar, the robe that boasted excellent sewing and texture among the hotel robes ive worn so far, the unique room structure that is unlike any other, the comfortable bed, the location, etc. They are very good.

Thank you lmhkg team for creating a delightful moment during your stay. The journey began with the seamless checkin process by andrew, who greeted us warmly upon our arrival and provided detailed introductions to the room amenities. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the mo bar. The reception and male server provided excellent service, and the food was also very good, but im sorry i forgot their name. We also want to thank ms. Tramy, whose charming smile and caring personality truly made our spa introduction moment. It was sad that we did not have enough time to enjoy the spa and pool service. Please express our deep gratitude to the lmhkg team of acadia, anson, venus, and twilight. When we departed the lift carrying our luggage, twilight assisted with carrying our belongings right away. It was so nice to talk to venus and ac, and i also appreciate that venus prepared special gifts. Mo lmhkg provided us with a Memoizable mowow experience. Without a doubt, lmhkg will still be my next travel destination.

I booked at a mandarin fan club. I was disappointed that the view was not good, but i was moved because doorman and other staff members greeted me by calling my name on the first day. The service was excellent. Hana, a korean employee at the breakfast restaurant mo bar, was also kind. The location is great.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan. Pelayanan rekan-rekan resepsionis yang ramah memberikan kesan yang baik kepada pelanggan, mereka mengantarkan pelanggan ke kamar dan menjelaskan perlengkapan kamar sehingga sangat mengurangi rasa aneh. Desain ruangan sangat layak dan nyaman, bahan kayu dan sutra memberikan kesan harmonis, selain itu ruangan dibersihkan dengan sangat rapi dan insulasi suara juga sangat baik, sehingga sangat damai di malam hari. Yang paling berpengaruh adalah gym yang cukup luas dan memiliki peralatan lengkap sehingga tidak perlu menunggu orang untuk menggunakannya. Jika ingin bermain dengan mesin berjalan dan sepeda setelah makan, semuanya sangat bagus. Direkomendasikan. Hotel ini dekat dengan mall dan tepi laut, sehingga nyaman untuk memberikan lebih banyak hiburan dan perbelanjaan, lokasinya sangat strategis.

The best service among all hotels. I set the camera on the table and when i returned there was a tablecloth under the camera. He also gave me a cloth to clean the camera lens. All the charger cables were coiled up for me. The minibar is well stocked.

The hotel serves a delicious breakfast. The only thing i regret is that i cant see the fireworks at the harbor. In hong kong, such a large bathtub is scarce. The bathtub is quite satisfactory, and the room is quite large.

The stay was excellent as always. We love returning to the lmo because of the thoughtful layout and amenities of the rooms, as well as the impeccable service and kindness of the team. From reception to housekeeping to the room.
