We've visited Gollum Park twice before. This is our second visit. We have always been pleasantly delighted by the hospitality and support provided by the employees there. That is one of the reasons why we came back to Gollum Park. Today was my wife's birthday. The entire team took care of everything, from cake cutting to serving tasty food on time. They made a special location for my family and me so that we could enjoy our time in private together. I want to express my sincere gratitude. The following is a thank you. Finish, please assist my friend. Arunbabu, Sarah, sreemathy, blinder, abhishek, siddharth, the Manor John customer, and Rajesh in the valley parking lot were all present. I appreciate the amazing efforts that the entire staff of this hotel put into making our day more unforgettable and unique. I will recommend anyone traveling to Mochi to try this place. The hotel is very nice and calming. The food is very tasty and served in a lovely restaurant. The staff is also very friendly. We held our wedding here for 3 days. It was so smooth, pleasant, and beautiful. Thank you for everything, especially for my finish and my shoji, who was the perfect host.

My dad's birthday was recently celebrated at Gokulam Park. Congratulations to the entire team, particularly to Sara John and the main chef, Amish. The food and desserts were really delicious. The hospitality and how they treated each of our guests must be noted.

We went over to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was just fantastic, the ambience, the extremely courteous service led by my. Arun Babu, the facilities, the very well planned meal arrangements, and last but not least, that wedding anniversary cake and the way it was presented Thank you awful I krishnapriya for all those extra efforts to make our day special and memorable not to forget me. Final thank you to Thomas, who I have known for years and was the main reason I chose this place. God Bless you all and I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who wishes to celebrate something special because they truly go out of their way to make your day memorable Thank you all once again and we assure you we will be back at least for the new year's party if not earlier!.

This place is very recommended. I always come to this place because it is a calm and peaceful place to stay. The staff is quite kind and friendly. I also appreciated the commentary service provided by the front office manager shoji, athira from sales and fi manager arun. The rooms are spacious, nice, and well-equipped with all the facilities you need.

Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone.

Very bad experience. Made reservation through orbitz. When went to the hotel to check in they denied check in , reason told they over booked, not have the same room. Needed more money . Don't book this hotel, very rude staff, not worth time & money. Made a bad choice.

Worst stay in my entire life.unreliable wifi ,none of my friends can come into my room .the staffs saying i have to meet in their restaurant. poorest of poor breakfast.construction noise throughout the stay.overpriced for the poor stay. charged extra fees to let my friend to enter my room.totally disastrous stay.never recommends to any friends
