The reception team greeted me warmly and handled everything professionally, making the process seamless. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. The bed was super cozy and I slept like a baby! The free Wi-Fi was fast, and I could work efficiently without any problems. What I loved most was the attentive housekeeping — they cleaned my room daily and always asked politely if I needed anything extra. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Hotel The Best made me feel welcome. I had a business trip and also some sightseeing planned, and the hotel’s location was ideal for both. The breakfast was good with great variety of dishes, fresh fruit, and hot coffee — a perfect start to my day. My room had plenty of workspace, good lighting, and excellent air conditioning, which helped me stay productive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and daily housekeeping did an amazing job. The team was always courteous and ready to assist, whether it was directions or extra towels. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists!

The room provided initially upon check in was terrible. It was not cleaned from previous use and was a different room then booked. After a formal complaint they gave us right room. It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement.
