A one-time Tourism Sustainability Fee of INR 50 per tourist, mandated by the Government of Sikkim, will be collected at the property upon check-in.
As per the directions of the Home Ministry, all foreigners visiting Sikkim have to apply online on www.mha.gov.in for the Protective Area Permit (PAP/Restrictive Area Permit (RAP).
For one child below 6 years of age, and/or one child between 6 and 12 years, the property will provide an extra bed on chargeable basis.Children above 6 years of age will be charged half the adult price for breakfast.Up to two children below the age of 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same roomFor two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.

The property is located in Sikkim. As per the law, all foreigners must obtain Inner Line Permit (ILP) to visit Sikkim. These can be obtained from all Indian Missions, Sikkim Tourism Offices at New Delhi, Kolkata, District Magistrates Office of Darjeeling, Siliguri, and Rangpo on the strength of an Indian Visa.
