The hotel is idea for visiting The Taj, nice big rooms and a great warm shower (the shower is timed and only warm at certain times). Staff are helpful, we booked two nights but only stayed one as apart from The Taj, there’s not really anything to do in the area.

I only wanted to see the Taj Mahal and this hotel it´s prefect for that, not expensive, very close to the site and they have a restaurant with good prices at the entrance, they even stored my luggage for some time the day i was leaving. That´s the good part, the bad part is that the shower didn´t have hot water all day, and even when it has it´s not that hot, and when I was leaving they saw that my uber didn´t arrived and they charge me a lot more for a taxi even after a day before they told me the price for such service (All of india it´s like that, but still watch out), that apart It´s a very good place to visit the Taj

The hotel is about 800 m from Taj Mahal which makes its location awesome. The service is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is fast and food from hotel restaurant is good. The bath water was cold to lukewarm but other than that we had a very comfortable stay.

Immensely professional staffs from start to finish, and they were very polite too with our every requests. Good location, the beautiful Taj Mahal is just 5 minutes walk from this hotel. The restaurant was a bit small, but it was still fantastic and served excellent food. I also loved my room, not too big, but comfortable and clean enough for my need.

Check-in and out were a breeze. Good breakfast with many choices. Our room was nice, beds and pillows both were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and all our requests were attended promptly. Free WiFi and the signal in the room was good. Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk, you can easily reach the eastern gate of the Taj Mahal. The only negative I could say is the lack of English channels on the TV.

Good hotel for my needs. I was here for a short leisure trip with my wife and needed to visit all the main attractions of Agra city. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of Taj Mahal, and other sites are also close, but not within walking distance, you have to take a cab for it. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient and was able to ensure all guests were being taken care of. Overall, the stay was good, no frills, very convenient and comfortable.

Hotel was pretty much faultless and it offered excellent facilities, including great breakfast and fast WiFi. Staff were excellent. They were willing to assist you in every way possible. Rooms were well furnished and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Received a great service from the front office staff, Saurabh. He helped us a lot when we encounter some problems with our debit card, and also when it comes to introducing the nearby eateries and sites. Room was great as well, everything was in good condition and the housekeeping was also did a good job in keeping our room clean all the time.

VThis is our second stay here and we really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were excellent, especially the staff at breakfast, could not do enough for you. Room was better than our previous stay. Location was a little far from the train station, but it was not a big problem because they offer a free taxi service from the train station to the hotel.

Was a perfect hotel for us as we only had one day in Agra and got to visit the taj mahal, agra fort etc only in a single day .. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and outgoing. I was very impressed from their honesty, when I forgot my cell phone in the reception area at the time of check-in and they came to give me back my cell phone, it was a really great touch and totally unexpected.

Totally loved the fact that it is near to the all the city attractions, including the Taj Mahal. Our room was on the top floor and was clean, functional and of a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit dated and small. On arrival our room air conditioner was not so good in cooling, but after a few minutes everything was fine. Hotel staff were always extremely helpful, and willing to help with a genuine smile.

Everything was fine in the room except the carpet which was a bit dusty. The location is good, you can walk to many famous sites. Overall, very good value for the price we paid. In an upcoming visit to Agra we will visit this hotel again.

Hotel itself is great and situated in a fantastic location. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping who cleaned the rooms were wonderful and warm. The room was a little small but enough for two people and it was decorated to a very good standard, and the bathroom was lovely. Overall a great hotel, would recommend for a short break.

Hotel has a wonderful location that allows you to walk around the area. The room was well furnished and they have all the amenities you need - mirror, shower, kettle, WiFi, chairs, etc. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and freshly cooked. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, service and value.

Location of the hotel is perfect, especially if you come to Agra for the first time, because all the famous parts / sites are in the city on walking distance. The hotel staff was incredibly warm, attentive, helpful and made your stay a good one.
