The service was excellent and the food was very good. I had the greatest time there. Very large rooms. Clean, tidy, and tidy bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic. The host was modest and humble. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. I will definitely return.

Overall, it's a good hotel with nice staff and a great view of the mountain range. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff is good. They are very well behaved and alert. The room was very big and the balcony had a wonderful view of Mount Kanchenjunga. The towels provided by the hotel smelled bad. The food provided is good.

If you want to ski, this retreat is a great option. This is the best ski vacation I've ever had. We stayed one night with no hands but if we wanted we could have stayed another night. Beautiful view from the balcony and very clean bathroom.

Highly recommended. I and my friend stay at this hotel during my holiday, the hotel is good location, clan bathroom, dissent room, food is good like family and the staff is good and friendly.

Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money. The only saving grace is the view of Kangchenjunga range from the room.
