Zostel Delhi

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- The property exclusively accommodates foreign guests; reservations from local residents are not accepted.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.

All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
From the New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS): the property is a 5-minute walk. Take the exit towards Paharganj (Gate 3) and walk towards Sadar Bazar. Then, take the underpass and walk straight up to Bloom Rooms. In 20-30 meters, take a left on Arakashan road. The property is 20 meters from this intersection.
From any other railway station or the ISBT bus stand, hiring a tuk-tuk is the best way to reach the property; fares are as follows:
- Old Delhi Railway Station (DLI)- 4 kilometers, ~INR 80-120; Nizammudin Railway Station (NZM)- 10 kilometers, ~INR 130-150; ISBT Bus Stand- 4.6 kilometers, ~INR 100-140.
From IGI Airport the distance is 17 kilometers, 45 minutes by cab at the price of INR 500 or you can alternately board the Airport Express Metro (orange line) from IGI Terminal 3 and follow the instructions below:
